About two months ago I decided to change gym to further my BJJ journey. I could have written this review after the first day. Experience MMA has changed the way I see training BJJ. Coach Danny's methodical approach in breaking down principals and techniques, no matter if you are an advanced belt or total beginner was to me - and will be for you if you decide to sign up (read: you definitely should!) - a breath of fresh air. I've learned more in these past two months then I could have in 6 months prior. The accommodation are excellent, the mats are the best I've trained on, everything is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day and perhaps most importantly, the VIBE and the ATTITUDE of everyone there is beyond any reproach : welcoming, friendly, positive, laid back and family oriented. Best mma/jiu jitsu/muay thai gym in the capital region! The staff is very helpfull and full of knowledge. The gym is always very clean too no problems there . I like the fact that they teach authentic muay thai and are a fully accredited school,this is no mc dojo . I've been training there for a bit and i have only positive feedback to give. Go try it out !

All in one GYM for the entire Family!!! I had the chance to train Brasilian Jiu Jitsu at this amazing facility, today. Walked in a little early and watched the Kids BJJ program. WOW, these boys and girls have a fantastic skill and confidence level. I'm impressed how the coaches ensured a safe and fun training environment. I trained with the Experienced MMA BJJ Family and I was impressed with #Danny Fung's attention to details and knowledge. The team was super welcoming and great training partners. #bestMMA Club in Ottawa/Gatineau. If you're looking for a club you have to visit Experience MMA. I'll go back when I visit Ottawa again.
