Cancelled my membership as you can never get a timeslot, I try to book two days in advance and everything is booked solid. Gym is tiny, now with the equipment spread apart there is hardly much to use. Unfortunate that this is one of the only options in the area. Don't sign up right now if you want to waste your time fighting for a spot.

My favorite Econofitness so far! :-) (I've also tried the mixed one in CDN, the women's gym near Acadie, and the 24/7hr one on Bleury). PROS: - CLEANLINESS: VERY clean (my inner clean freak is really happy haha). - STAFF Ladies, you are amazing. I'm always greeted with a smile (when I walk in and out). Way to go! - EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY: I went to this gym at different times of the day, and never had any issues accessing the equipment of my choice. Now, I do mostly cardio and stretching lately, but the gym is never packed. - CLIENTELE: Had no issue with anyone. All the ladies have been polite and considerate so far! - SIZE: Medium size, works fine for me! CON: - SCHEDULE: I find that this gym closes too early in general. These days I always end up going to the mixed Econofitness gyms, because this one always closes earlier: 5 pm on a Sat is really too early.. During the week, I would suggest closing at 10:30pm. Please review and adjust? :-) Overall, very happy with this gym!

The front desk was very rude the second I entered the gym. I was only there to tan. Literally have been waiting in the room for 30 min to get the tanning to turn on. The lady at the front completely forgot to turn it on. All I could hear was her talking and laughing outloud with her coworkers. Not saying that she shouldn't, but at least do your work first:)

Seeing staff when you first walk in on their phones texting behind the counter, looking totally uninterested with the customers is totally unprofessional. The giggles and the chuckles after a customer enters the gym from these girls is also totally unprofessional. Even if it were to be an inside joke or not, some people will take that as an insult seeing as some people who go to the gym probably have self insecurities. The gym itself is amazing, very well kept, clean and it is a great environment to be in but the lack of customer service by some of the staff is honestly the reason why I will not be getting a membership. I’ve personally seen a single worker cleaning while the others were on their phones at the front desk. Not only is this not fair to the poor girl, but also not professional. Says a lot about who actually cares for the customers safety, certainly during a pandemic. Took a while for them to notice that someone was at the entrance waiting for their QR code to be scanned. One time the single worker cleaning came up to the front desk to let the customers in. Most of the time they were not engaged or interested in conversation with customers. There seems to be a lack of management with some of the staff. Not all the workers are like this and it’s saddening that such a good gym could have such a bad reputation because of some uninterested and unqualified workers. Management needs to step up and teach these girls proper customer service, it’s very damaging to the gym’s and the actual good workers reputation.

The gym, equipment and amenities are good but the customer service is terrible. Lots of attitude from the staff though. When I had signed up for the gym, I was asked repeatedly don't I want a program to lose weigh. I measure 1. 58 m and weigh 50kg. My BMI is 20. That was not my interest. When I needed to cancel my contract because I had moved, I presented in person to be told I needed to get an appointment and would be called. When I received no call after a few days, I made a complaint. I received a call the next day saying that call the day before although I had no missed calls on my phone... When I called back for an appointment, no one could book it for me except for that 1 specific person. Never a single apology, only a sense of entitlement that they are aloud to do this. This was a very frustrating and such a waste of time. I've been to other gyms... Everywhere else is better!

I love the fact that this gym is women only. But unless your only thing in life is cardio, this gym is super basic and disappointing in terms of equipment. I would rather have an extra squat rack, some resistance bands & elastics, MORE barbells and kettlebells, a TRX, gliding discs, foam rollers and some medicine balls than a tanning bed! I'm here to build muscle and burn fat; not develop a skin cancer! They also provide nothing to clean the equipment once you're done (that's right: no cleaning wipes), so you're left rubbing in your sweat into the equipment with YOUR OWN towel (it's genuinely gross). At this point, I just hope the management will make the necessary adjustments to improve the overall experience, i.e. BUY EQUIPMENT & CLEANING WIPES! We simply deserve better.

I have been going to this gym for a while now. I have seen employees come and go ( covid didn't help). Some new employees hide behind the counter on their phones while others do their job. I'd like to specifically give kudos to Sam. She is extremely friendly and very helpful. I couldn't help but notice with my visit in the recent weeks that it seems like Sam is one of the only employees that I actually see working.. greeting people as they come and go, walking around cleaning the machines and filling the paper towel machines when they're empty. Keep up the good work and great customer service Sam!

I was a big fan of Econofitness back when customer service was good. The customer service has become very poor. More and more, I am hearing complaints from members about the poor customer service and how the ladies at the front desk are very unaccommodating and cold. I overheard a fellow econofitness member saying that she wanted to take the class but forgot her card, therefore, the front ladies didn't offer any kind of solution, they simply told her she cannot enter the gym because of her forgotten card. I found that extremely harsh to a paying customer who is clearly a member of the gym.

(Original) si vous tenez a votre credit je vous deconseille fortement energie cardio une chaine sans service client en cas de probleme on a personne a qui parler on tourne en rond communication qui ne passe pas comme cliente qui a payé des seances privés avec un coatch qui se presentait pas et quand j'arrive en retard il n'est plus la et me charge la seance j'ai annulé il m'ont donné un remboursement que j'ai preferé laisser en credit sur mon compte j'ai toujours payé en avance et visiblement la fin de mon abonnement sans me prevenir qu'il y avait une dette j'ai été mise au recouvrement bien entendu ils disent qu'il y a des lettres qui ont été envoyé j'ai jamais recu comme j'ai demenagé et 'ai changé de succursale a cours de l'anné en disant que c'est pour un demenagement personne m'a demandé mon adresse au final j'ai su qu'il y a une dette d'un gros 150$ QUQND JE L'AI VU COMME COMPTE A COLLECTION SUR MON CREDIT j'ai essayé d'appeler tout le monde energie cardio siege sociale leur agence de recouvrement expliquer que je ne savais pas et que je suis prete a payer faut enlever de mon credit mais la reponse apres des mois c'etait non la on voit la mauvaise foie puis aucune consideration du client je vous deconseille energie cardio cher pour avoir aucun service au 1er probleme.

Got membership online and when I came to get my card I wanted to go down a level as I was confused. Before I even got a card and took a picture to go down a level they called it a cancellation and I was forced to pay $40 to cancel and resign up. Absolutely absurd as they never even took a first payment out yet I was charged $40. Annoyed and annoyed

(Original) J'ai eue un très bon service lorsque je me suis abonnée (même si on m'a donné énormément de blabla pour rien). Tous est très propre et ça ne sens pas mauvais dans ce gym, même dans les toilettes (contrairement à d'autres gym)! J'aime cet endroit juste pour femmes. Le seul inconvénient est les heures d'ouvertures qui sont très restreintes.
