Ordered flea treatment and they gave me wrong one not only it was wrong they even sold out again of the one i was looking for on top of having my name and phone number to order it terrible customer severvice wont be buying anything from there. Not very good service for a new building.

I went in to get a harness for my wild and crazy German short hair pointer. He’s very excitable since he’s only one. The store manager and her associate were so kind and helpful fitting him for a harness. The manager had so much patience and love for animals. Thank you both very much for all the help. Duke looks pretty sharp in his new harness.

Deleted 5 star rating. Was advised a product would be in stock in a couple of days. Product never showed up after repeated visits and inquiries. Typical bait and switch by chain. Don't shop here. Very disappointed former customer here.

Took dog for bath. Shampoo was there but bring your own brush/comb. There was also a blow dryer and towels to use. Made it easy. I'll be back again.
