Great fitness facility with a wide variety of workout options. Not as big as other commercial gyms but the focus on functional strength equipment makes this gym ideal for cross fit enthusiasts and dynamic strength training.

Had a children's birthday party there. Age range 4-6. Did the carnival theme and it was awesome. The party room was very spacious, the attendants were very helpful. the kids enjoyed them selves so much. They also have balls, frisbee and floor scooters and plasma cars around for the kids to play with and honestly it was fantastic to see the parents get up and play as well. I will probably rent this space out for a birthday party again next year.

Great facility, very clean, Was very disappointed when i returned to St.John's and rejoined only to find out the great trainers were gone. I would have given this a 5 star if it was still in the Gavin & Andrew era .
