Kids enjoyed it. A bit pricey at $20/hr. This place will probably still make a mint. Things I liked are the sofas around the jumping areas for parents or non jumpers to sit. Btw, there is a water fountain near the washroom. Found that out after I spent $2 on a bottle of water.

The favorite place for my children..but I recommend that they give a longer time, time is shorter compared to the price, and I also advise that they make specific offers for large families. Thank you. The sponge is worn out in the sponge pool. Please renew it.

Audaciously Me !

We actually enjoyed our time here & I didn’t overpay due to a friend discount. My only recommendation is that maybe there could be a way to have the jump area organized in another way to keep track of play time. Right now they give colour coded wristbands to the kids and then have employees come over and indicate when the jump time has expired. Kids enjoyed themselves either way, but theres gotta be an easier way to do this.

Have been here at least 4-5 times to accompany my Mom who likes to take my nieces here. My nieces are now 10-12 yrs, but they really enjoy it! We go there usually around 11am and by the time my nieces are tuckered out, we head off and have some lunch. There is always a wide age group when we go, and all the jumpers really seem to enjoy themselves. As far as indoor activity spaces go in Hamilton, this is really a gem that we should be embracing and supporting. There is ample seating around the facility for the parents or guardians and you can sit and watch in awe for free. ***A tip for the new customer, go online and fill in the waiver ahead of time.... you can buy your ticket online as well. Don't get caught behind a big party that is trying to get this all done at their in-store computers the moment they arrived. Also, online waivers do expire... check and make sure you are still valid if you want to avoid lineups.

My son had an amazing time here. We came on a PA day during the first week so the lines were understandably long and a little disorganized. Place looks amazing though and even though there were lots of kids it didn't feel like it because of how much space there is. We'll be back for sure.

Pinki Sidhu

Love coming to flying squirrel, but everytime we've been, there's only 1 person checking in people. Took us almost 15 minutes to get to our turn. Love it once we get in.

Calvin Lam

The place overall was good... we went on a weekday so it wasn't as busy. It looked fairly clean but had a bit of a funky smell to it. Compared to SkyZone, it seemed a little smaller with less variety of trampolines. Overall, we had a good time jumping around.

Alison & Aria Pipe

It is highly recommended that the Flying Squirrel administrative staff look up or at least keep themselves updated as to what is happening within the community to help avoid long lines as I arrive today during strike and it was bombarded with people in the lineup some of which had mobile tickets. They had everybody in the same lineup which means that we were basically out to the street there was only two teenage staff Manning the desk of which did not know how to properly manage the complaints of the customers in the lineup they allowed for multiple customers to cut the line and definitely need to have more management and management who are better trained on how to deal with the masses... you need to stay on top of Trends day-to-day to ensure that you are able to provide the proper customer service based on what is happening in the community this should not happen someone should have known there would be a bunch of people showing up today

Wonderful Birthday Party experience! Our party hosts were Spencer and Jedia, and they were awesome. We needed to know if the pizza was halal and they took us all the way to the chef (also awesome) to talk about the ingredients, which turned out to be halal. Quite a few of our guests couldn’t make it and Spencer was able to make a price adjustment to our original agreement, and we really appreciated that. The pizza is nice and light, making it easier for the kids to get back to jumping. But the party sized fruit platter was a little disappointing for the cost. The staff on the floor were friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our Saturday morning there and the kids had a blast! Thanks, we will be back for sure.

Daniel Smith

A bit expensive but, the value VS fun factor is worth it. As like going to the movies in house foods and drinks are marked up considerably. They offer family rates giving you x hours per x kids that is well worth the price. Great place for parties or a place to take the rugrats to burn off some enegery. *Be aware of the inherit danger level that obviously comes with an activity such as this.*

sidhu arvind

Went there last week for my pre birthday celebrations. Staff was nice. It was not crowded. For sure it is the biggest trampoline park but they dont have most of the games like other parks have. We had fun there.

Kayla Perrin

Friday & Saturday nights are the best nights for teens. Party atmosphere with DJ. Lots of space.

Trust213

This has and always been one of the best things to open in Hamilton. I've been going for years and I have 4 siblings under 13 who always ask when to go again. Sad how it's closed because of Covid but hopefully when life goes back to normal it will go back to usual. I definitely suggest taking your kids there. Or going with friends, best times is the Friday night lights but during the day is also really fun.

Allan Tongana

Awesome place to take your kids, my kids always love going and it gets all their energy out.

Adam Olij

I went here a while back and I did not have a good experience. The staff here were total fun police, and told us off multiple times for the most minor things, for example, a ball got caught between the wall and the trampoline, and my friend went to grab it when a staff told us off for being up there for not even a second. I drove farther to go to this place then sky zone, and it was just worse and more boring. Would not recommend others to go here if they can go to skyzone, not worth it.

J C

1 hr is totally enough for adult ???? we had fun fun ????

T H

Great place to take the kids to get some energy out, especially in the cold weather. I like it too. Had a good game of dodge ball with some youngins lol

grizzly bear

Originally i had given this park a 3 star rating and this was my review. Great place for kids to blow off steam. Prices are a bit high. Although upon receiving a comment from the owner about using groupon (about 12$ savings on a 2 hour visit) or buying a family pass (about 25 dollar savings) i have found more value in the pricing. Also after visiting several more times found that friday nights are just 25$ for 3 hours not to mention the music and neon lights great for the older kids and they have lots of fun!

Brad Benjamins

Great trampoline park with a freestyle court, dunk hoops, dodge ball courts, laser maze, slack line, rock wall, air bag launch lane, rope swing, battle beam, foam pit, arcade area, and a cafe. Surprisingly, an hour seemed to last a long time! I was expecting it to be much larger than it was, but it was still a lot of fun.

Josiann Rouwen

A great place to take your kids the staff at are so wonderful and so helpful and so cheerful it's just a nice experience

Lori Rutka

Clean, great staff, organized and an extremely FUN place. An hour and a half flew by...well worth the price.

Kay-lee Jay

My son and his friend had an amazing time. Clean facility, friendly staff, will be coming back

Sarah Kleinendorst

As a Covid ICU nurse, you will never have my business. How disrespectful.

Yasser Mahdy

Not very safe for kids under 5. Parents have to keep strictly watching over them. Excited kids can bump into each other when they are jumping around. General Cleanliness needs to be improved as well.

Jamie Hall

We've been here a number of times. Always a blast for my two kids. Each go their separate ways and cross paths every once in a while. They are always tired and hungry when we're done, but very happy. The place is clean, the staff is helpful.

Chris Elsworthy

Lots of fun for the kids - but half of the adults/parents not wearing masks?

Yaseen Rihawi

Best trampoline Park I've ever been to

Diana Mancuso

This place is super cool and offers so many fun and different activities when compared with the local trampoline park in my neighbourhood. The wall climbing and bag jump activities were particularly neat. However, the cost is significantly higher and there seemed to be fewer supervisors than I am used to. Our local park also has stricter policies, ie. only one jumper per trampoline.

Zoë Siskos

I took my nephews here for the Christmas gift and we had SO MUCH FUN! I love places where it doesn't matter what age you are, you have fun. Be prepared to sweat, jumping for an hour is a good workout! They have other options too - a parkour section, toddler, dodge ball, rock climbing - almost too much for one visit. :)

Rahul Vyas

Went there after phase 3. Great place and definitely world’s largest trampoline. Price is also reasonable, they charge only $20 for hour and 20% off for students. I visited on weekdays and it was also not crowded. Must visit place in hamilton.

Kimberli Asensio

Enjoyed the place. So much fun to do with your kiddos ???? and a good exercise too. I really like the colors in this place. The only thing is the they don't play music at the back please play music

Cassandra Bukacek

I was at the flying squirl November 28th 2021 for a birthday party. Though the party was fun I was absolutely disgusted by cleanliness of the place. We were there at open so it wasn't from that day. The stairs, the floors and the trampolines were coated in dust and debris, considering we are in a pandemic cleanliness needs to be a top priority. I will never go back!

Derek Ainsworth

Been here a few times with my girlfriends little sister and it's a pretty fun place. They have lots of space for jumping and doing tricks. They also have a balance beam, baseball nets, rock climbing wall, foam pit, rope swing, and dodgeball court. Prices are very fair and you can get a groupon usually. It can be busy on weekends with birthday parties so expect that if you go on a Friday or Saturday. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Hamilton area if you're looking for something fun to do!

Adaeze O

Great value for our money. My daughter and her friends had so much fun.

Verity Suntz

Such a great spot for kids with a huge indoor space! Staff are friendly and helpful and space is clean. There is a large area in the middle that is just jumping space, and around the outside perimeter is dodgeball, a foam pit, basketball, and ‘gladiator’ options. There is a neat climbing area (parkour) outside the trampoline section as well as some video games to play. There are lockers available to store your items if needed, as well as a large eating area with a spot to purchase food and drinks. There are regularly birthday parties here that have a reserved section and they will announce the child’s birthday over the speaker and everyone in the building sings happy birthday - it’s really nice. There are comfy couches around the perimeter for parents to sit and watch their kids if they are with younger siblings (this is great for me as I have a very active 3 year old and an 8 month old. Toddler jumps and looks to me for praise while I sit with baby!) tip : sign the waiver online prior to visit to save time, and also the option to book your hour Jump time and pay online. Love this place!

Christopher Pyke

Gotta say that i was just there and was really impressed with the way staff were treating the kids. I listened to one staff named Maxx, this guy was really cool with the kids, very friendly and attentive, making sure the kids in his area were safe. I wanted to tell the manager about my experience and met Kam (with a 'K'), she was very courteous and professional, explaining some policies and pride in their staff! Haven't seen that kind of service in a while, great job Flying Squirrel staff!

Gloria Woo

Great place to take your child on a rainy or cold day. Staff is friendly and lots of different options to jump, rope swing or parkour.

purpy mad eric

Love this place. Always lots of staff around if you need them. My 3yr old REALLY LOVES neon lights night. Please don't listen to people and put an age restriction on it.

Joanne Falletta

Why bother prepaying and booking a time. You end up waiting longer than if you just show up. So disorganized. Spent over a half-hour to get registered so we lost some of the time I had prepayed for. Children for managers with no authority or experience in crowd control.

GolfFanaticEst2005. R.

I went here fairly recently with friends as a healthy outing, however I was shocked to see a lack of staff supervising the kids jumping. I feel like that was bad for safety reasons. Also, the staff at the food bar were very slow in preparing our drinks, and they held up the line over it. But for the jumping, it was great. 3/3

Atlas Crypto

I took pictures with multiple woman. They weren't with me and looking at me though. I had to hide too.

Drama

While I feel this is a great concept and has the potential to be a fantastic place for kids to have fun physical activity, they have a long way to go in terms of organization. Being the holiday break I expected it to be quite busy. What I didn't expect was the lack of direction and staff to help customers through the entry process. It was lined up way out the door and took us over 30 min to get through the check in process. We were lined up well before opening. By purchasing our tickets online I expected to be able to enter without the lengthy wait. I was wrong. There was no benefit at all. None. Lastly, it was too crowded and I witnessed some extremely dumb kids doing very dumb moves and almost flattened a toddler. Not a staff member insight to redirect these punks that were running around in the toddler area. Even worse....the parents didn't seem to notice their toddler almost got flattened because they were too busy socializing and playing on their phones. Sadly, safety didn't seem to be a big priority with staff. Might I suggest that you have a more staff on that are NOT afraid to confront the idiots that are ruining it for the others. On a positive note, my kids did have fun but I probably wouldn't go back for those reasons.

Amelia Thompson

Was able to get awesome savings with promo code. Savings are awesome especially when doing a full day of boys day out. Movies, arcade and dinner along with flying squirrel. Well lit, clean washrooms and food services. A definite return for other day out activities for my teens.

Kien Hoang

Had a great time here. Fun place to jump around!

Greg Harrold

It was a fun place to go to. But it was so big and so busy that it was more stressful than anything. Lots to do, the kids enjoy it, but pretty easy to lose them in here. So don't let my rating deter you, you might get lucky and go at a slower time. Or you might like 1000 kids jumping all around you all at once!

Robert Lo

Crowded, crowded and crowded!! The place would be considered as small for the amount of games within. Everywhere is crowded, starting with a long waiting line at check in; would recommend signing your waiver and buying your tickets only before arrival. No place to store your stuff, not even your shoes, limited lockers are available for $2 each opening/closing. The small waiting area is cordoned off for a Birthday Party, parents have to suit yourselves by the corners or on floor. The jumping area is definitely overcrowded, one would bump into others on the mats as well as when you're on the air. Definitely would not recommend this place!!

R B-P

If you're under 15, it's paradise.

M Cheers

It's expensive, that's for sure. We have four kids and two hours of play is a small fortune. The staff at the front are nice, but the guards in the okay area can be a little terse. When your time is up, they'll tell you and not in an overly friendly way. They need to remember that that's the last memory the kids will have.

Sol *

Really fun, kind of like any other trampoline park, there was though a tight Roop over a foam pit, and a rope swing into a massive air cushion, other than that pretty standard, dodge ball trampoline, plots of trampoline for general use, basket ball, etc

PwnageSoldier

My experience here was personally great. Me and my sister had a fun time and staff was on the ball the day I was there (told me when I did stuff that was dangerous, appreciate it). However, I have looked at the other reviews and I'm not so sure that this would be the best place to keep coming to. I hope you guys lower your prices for generally everything, have new employees get better training, wait times to be shorter and less frustrating and have your employees act respectfully as we do the same. I will however keep coming when I got money to spare, so keep it up!

Fawn Schroeder (Monstercrewreview)

Perfect spot for a weekend Fun day! Bought the family pass a little pricey had 3 kids using it which I didn't realize that each child is considered 1 hr...so a family pass that's 10 hrs for 3 kids came down to 3 uses plus 1x hr! For 175.00 + tax and 3.00 each for socks that they can reuse! But the happiness it brought my kids was priceless!!! Open space pleasant music with some classic adult tunes! A variety of jumping options. Party area, snack bar and very updated washrooms! Plenty of seating for tired parents! Went on a Saturday afternoon and not overly crowded but fair amount of kids! Staff were pleasant and informative...

Mathew Ward

Great experience. Good value too. If you're not practiced at it and decide to bounce with your kids be warned it's a workout ! Also we found the socks that you get there fit extremely small, myself and my kids had to break the elastics in the ankle to get them on and off but they're only 3 dollars so I can't really complain.

Devon Lee

Lost my phone in the foam blocks area while with my toddler son. Talked to the manager Cam and she was nice enough to have her and two individuals, Kevin and Jason I think, close the area down for a few minutes and look for it. They clawed through all those blocks and Jason found it and I was so relieved and appreciative. They even gave my son a ball for helping look too. Thanks for going above and beyond! I know you three didn’t have to do that. You guys are awesome and I hope some good karma comes your way!

Amber Hunt (Amburley)

This is the best indoor activity place to bring children. It is half price Thursday and Friday's in the summer. 3 people half price including socks cost me 38 bucks

Ivy Courtney

Lots of fun and the staff is friendly. The place is fairly large with lots of places to jump by yourself or do fancy things if you are brave. There are some lockers although many appeared to be broken (ie couldn't be locked) but if you do pay it does cost a toonie. It is important to note you must buy socks the first time you go, which are only 3ish dollars, they are grip socks but you keep them for future visits. Also sign the waiver in advance on the website for faster access

Daniyal M

Amazing fun place, price is super reasonable. 20$ is so worth the price cause jumping literally drains you in 15 minutes.

G Woo Hoff (Peachynorth)

An awesome trampoline and activity center on Hamilton mountain. We are big fans of trampoline parks and this is one of our picks! This place is much bigger than you would expect. Check in process is fairly smooth. A simple Cafe sits to the right along with long tables and a small arcade. The left side has a dedicated space for smaller kids which is still vary spacious. Plenty of seating area for parents/guardian to lounge. The central area is a variety of trampoline. A fun rope swing and foam pits at the back. On the left side are 2 enclosed Dodge ball areas. So much fun. Highly recommend for the kids to burn off some energy!

P M

Great place to take the kids! $20 for 60 minutes of jumping on the trampolines! It's a very large building with so many trampolines and basketball nets. There are also sponge pits for the smaller kids. And there is food and drinks for sale there. Great friendly staff! There is a small arcade too.

Phillip Clark

Fantastic place! Kids enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job keeping the place safe and clean. Rates are reasonable. Can't wait to go back

C. A. G

As a parent w a child w disabilities it is important to have a safe environment for him and others in our community, this park and the staff went above and beyond for us and the price / value is like no other park we have attended, so many various activities I will travel the 55 minutes from the Niagara region to this park and I truly encourage anyone in our community to visit here Thank you for the compassion you extended to us during our visit, we will be back

Shannon Korotash

Customer service was good. Atmosphere was good. Lots of space to run, jump and play.

Maria M

Went recently. Amazing tranpoline park. You have to wear masks if you are not playing. They have a food area too. Overall pretty neat place.

Martin S

My child had a lot of fun and the prices were reasonable if you know when to come Unfortunately, it seemed to me that one of referees on the floor was incompetent in keeping my son safe. There were bigger kids jumping all around him and after politely asking to help, the referee said "They do what they do". Other than him (I think his name was Brendan) the food was decent and the cashiers were nice. I hope to have my kid there for a birthday party soon.

Nik Fennell

Stupid busy. Waaaay to many people at a time in this place. A bit pricey too. Kids did have fun though.

Karen Juhlke

We had the best time here The staff is friendly and the place is very clean.

XxJoe BotxX

Lots of fun for the kids. Get there hart going!!!

ALLA ZALIVATSKAYA

Just perfect!!! The best place compared others trampoline parks. . Kids are allowed to run around, not strict rules, but very safe at the same time. My kids love Flying squirrels to the moon and back..

julie vanexan

We had our sons 9th birthday party here and all the kids had a great time. The cost for the amount of time you get was reasonable. I was disappointed that I wasn't allowed to bring my own food. They did allow me to bring in a vegan option for my kids but beyond that you had to pay for their food. I also didnt like being prompted for a tip. I dont mind tipping but I felt it was a little out of place

Ken and Sharen Knight

It was our first time at the flying squirrel. It was for our daughter's birthday. The party host was busy with other parties, not just ours. She still was quite helpful with the party, and things ran smooth. The kids loved the 2hrs of jumping and the pizza was yummy. We would definitely go back again!!

Nisa L

Great play area. Jam packed with kids at all times but it's for good reason. Bring socks with grips or you'll be forced to purchase them for your kiddos. Bring sanitizer for them too as it's a breeding ground

Jennifer Etmanskie

The line up is always so long and takes forever!! The staff should be up to date on PA/strike days in the community and be better prepared for a busier day. It took us 40 minutes from the time I parked to the time my kids started jumping. It was not fun AT ALL having two excited boys stand in line for that long, and then to be told at the register that my waver had expired. I had to get out of line fill out the waver then go back to the registered, where I'm sure it looked like I was budding in line. They should have staff members going to people in the line with a tablet to fill out wavers or see if they have expired. I love this place and would come back if only it didn't take 40 mins to sign in on busy days.....this wasn't the first time!

M Maclar

Dirty floors/carpet, old furniture. Wouldn't recommend if you like clean, well maintained establishments.

Cindy Jackson

Fun and Friendly staff... My kids Really enjoyed Flying Squirrel.

Milica Vasiljevic

Today a father and daughter were unlawfully denied access in to this facility that is open to the public due to the fact that they chose to keep their vaccination status private as per Canada's privact act and Immunization act. The manager was called, spoken to and he has admitted that he knows asking for vaccination status is criminal, yet his participates in this crime because he is only following orders. The little girl cried as she was forced outside of the facility. The event that occured today has been documented and will be escalated. Thank God for cameras in a vicious world like this one. The People now have to do everything that they can to protect themselves and this family did everything right, acted lawfully and only requested to keep their vaccination status private as per the laws in Canada which give them the right to do that.

D Quental

Very dissapointed as our family was often there and had many birthday party's hosted at your facility. The fact that you are discriminating against ppl who are not vaccinated or thoes who are not able to makes us very sad. Best of luck we will be passing this msg along to our FB page.

Kristy Lynch

Always been a great place to be. Had 1 of my sons last 2 parties here and both times every ran flawlessly and staff is wonderful. We visit here usually 5 or 6x a yr with my 4 boys and although it can be expensive typically you can find a groupon or wagjag to help. Keep up the great work

Darlon Neptune

Very clean. Excellent friendly staff and managers. Well organized. Kids having a blast. Great job@

Shari Doering

Great atmosphere for the younger crowd. The music was a mix of Pop/Hip Hop which everyone seemed to enjoy. We brought 5 kids ranging from 10 to 14 for glow in the dark jumping. There were more than a few small children 3-5 yrs left unattended jumping throughout the facility alone mixing with the teens which was a bit disturbing. I felt they should definitely have a minimum age when jumping from 9pm - 12am. A little dangerous to say the least for these little kids especially considering some of these older children are well over 100 lbs. and the ease of which adults can just enter and leave without being stopped at the door. It was also very inconvenient that the staff didn't force people to use lockers. There were items stored at almost every available space to sit and along the floor which gave us little choice but to walk around until a space became available. Drinks were about $3 each. Overall my kids and their friends had an amazing time and asked already to go back again.

Kevin

Nice staff, lots of space. Too many kids fully enjoy as a none teen audience. Great for children and young teens. Many options for various experience. But again, it's a little, too crowded to fully appreciate it.

Nancy Biljan

My kid had such a blast! Great for birthday parties or just to have some fun!

Airfilled Love

My kids absolutely love this place. The workers there are really friendly. Most of the time we have the best time! Really recommend it to take kids that have a lot of energy!

Ian Evangelista

What a great experience! First of all, I'd like to thank the amazing staff that work there. You guys were great at helping me and my friend out, as we were new to the place. Second of all, the place was massive! Your kids will love it here, and the padding is great for extra safety. Overall an awesome experience, and I plan to come back soon!

mahmoudwire c

Nice and fun place for everyone only thing i can say is with all the money they make they should at least update the chairs and coutches they have. Literaly falling apart with huge tears and supporting cushions none exsistant.makes the experience for the parents really bad.

Andrew Lemmond

My son and I had so much fun jumping and playing here on a snow day! So much to do and great different activities. Great friendly staff here. We've been here a few times and had a blast! It was slower here today with less people and less staff and I was surprised that when my son feel and started screaming there wasn't someone over to check on him. I had to yell to someone to bring ice who radioed to someone take who came to check on him. But it was great fun!

Justin Johnston

Horrible experience today for my daughters bday party asked for manager and had to ask again an hr later. Horrible covid practices and feel they should be shut down way to many people. Not cleaning enough as all they cleaned was railings the 2.5 hr I was there. Was told by manager that the foam pit is special foam and same as the trampolines. I felt my concerns were ignored and after talking to manage a 2nd time finally said would give me a discount of 35% off the party which was over $300 and after leaving my wife told me she refunded $60 how is that 35% this place should be shut down and I will never be back and have also reported to public health board this evening

Christian Moniz

My family and I had a great time and the staff were very helpful and friendly the entire time. The staff was doing a pretty good job of keeping things in order on the trampolines too. Very friendly and helpful through the sign in process even though here was a huge line up when I went there and the place was jam packed. (The key was upon arrival I went to the front desk and asked what the wait time was and what the process is supposed to be. I thought most people would do this but based off reading some of these reviews, I guess taking initiative to ask questions is out of the norm these days.) The girl named Alexandria was very helpful! Being informed right away and adjusting expectations is better than waiting for 45 minutes with no idea what to do do. There is a mobile check in line up separate to the other line which can allow you to "skip the line" depending on how busy it is. Obviously if there is a line up there you have no choice but to wait either way. I'll give you a helpful hint, if you have a groupon, it counts as a mobile check in. Even if you have to wait 45 minutes, if you are an active person and plan to jump around, it is totally worth it! It's one hell of a workout and you get to feel like a kid again. As with any newly established business there is room to improve but my experience was nothing but positive. Perhaps on the busy holidays having a person running the line to answer questions, hand out clipboards/waivers, guiding customers and adjusting expectations would be helpful.

Steve Dixon

Great fun for $40, for my whole family. We love this place

Brittany

Do not support this place! They do not honour mask exemptions for kids and like to discriminate against those who are unable to wear a mask!!!

Albina Belova

Nice place for indoor activities during the winter.

Hibah Alnaimi

great for big kids...my 18 months is just not safe for him... I didn't like that we have to wear thier socks (not free) and again we have to pay for a locker! if you lock it and you needed to get something back guess what pay again! so you basically you pay for each time you open the locker....for parents with kids...it is not practical...babies need things every now and then from thier bags. there is food and drinks to buy toilets are clean to avoid lineup do the disclaimer and register online before you come.

Gord Leadbeater

This place is fantastic, very safe, clean and a lot of fun for my family. Good exercise while having laughs. Totally recommend

S S

We are adults and we had a great time here as much as the kids did! Not much people here on the daytime of weekdays. We jumped around the entire place and it’s just amazing! Even though we got sore shoulders and back after 2 hours jumping. It seems more efficient than going to a gym!

Monika

Your business posted the Municipal bylaw regarding masks but I was so disgusted to find that they would not honor my medical exemption and forcibly refunded me after I had already paid for my children! Their excuse was they didn't want to argue with police if they came in, though the police (should) know the law and have no problems! Shame on you Cody and Lucas, your gm Cam verbally told me that she knew it was a VIOLATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS CODE and was refusing service because of discrimination against medical conditions. I suggest you educate your staff, or you will be hearing from my lawyer.

Steve C

Decent experience. Kids had fun. Not overly impressed with the COVID rules not really being enforced. But I guess it's kind of hard to do with 100 screaming kids running around.

Marissa Sawatzky

First time going to flying Squirrel.. Service was good, neon lights was a cool time to go (9pm-12am) but what really disappointed us was the amount of smaller children who were there at a late time. I was expecting kids to be there... But not 4-6 year olds who were inconsiderate, and who I had to watch out for.. We had a date night to get away from our kids, not to have to deal with other people's children.. I would really like to see age restrictions on the late night events. Music was good too.

Tried this out for the first time. Have to say I'm disappointed. My child was so excited but was told so many times she was not allowed to do things. I.e. you can't sit on a trampoline that no one else is on even in an area where no one else is. Suffice it to say after being told she couldn't do things numerous times and feeling like she was getting into trouble alot she was rly bummed out. I understand there are rules but if I tell staff this is the first time we have been here they should really highlight the rules for you. Myself and a family member looked around the jumping area and couldn't see specific rules posted that coincided with what staff was correcting. Meanwhile parents are allowed to take videos of their kids even if my kid is in the background?? I don't even let my family post my child on social media so I don't think a stranger should be able to. To make the visit even worse, my child came home and was immediately sick the next day and the entire following week. My best guess, someone thought it was perfectly acceptable to come to a public place where you don't wear a mask with a cold and spread the germs around. Absolutely ridiculous, especially during a pandemic when people think every cough is covid. My child has been sick for a week constantly coughing and congested, and this is the only public space she was in. Masks not worn because of jumping but no one social distancing at all and staff only there to tell you to stop what you're doing or that it's time to go. Do not see myself coming back here at all.

So many different activities that are fun for all ages! Come close to opening on weekends to avoid long lines.

I came because of tik tok yall save your time and money, this is not the location and definitely not worth the money or time at all, better to just go skyzone air riderz anything but this place It may be the largest but def not the best ( is say may be cuz it does not seem like it is at all) Not worth me driving 1 hour for it at all Way over crowded for "trying"to social distance. Remember no refunds at all.

New protocols for covid make it a great place to play. Felt very safe and like the option of pre-booked tickets to ensure space before getting there.

We had a great time. Nobody got hurt so that was a bonus.
