Really cool boxing gym only downside is parking in when it rains it's really hard to get into the gym

I'm usually bored by gyms. Or if not bored, then unsure how to build upon my previous workouts. TNT took those concerns away. Great workouts, small classes and a coach who customizes it to get the most from you. Best of all, it's really fun. I've been going twice a week for 3 years and at 41 I'm in better shape than when I was 21 or 31.

A top notch gym! Coaches are patient with newcomers and will challenge you regardless of your skill level. Group workouts are fun and well instructed. You feel like family when you become a regular. It is awesome to see the elite level amateur and professional boxers train here too. Their ongoing successes are a testament to the high level coaching this facility offers.
