Great place for all levels of yogis... great ambiance, perfect sounding coach, calming music to help you focus on whatever you are in here. I went in with my unrelaxed body and unenthusiastic mind after the class I have a relaxed body and happy mind. Just wanted Morgan (coach) to take control of my time with her and see did a good job! ???? just try this and you will never leave???? Good work everyone at Karmayoga Studio Guelph...

I had done Hot Yoga on and off for years, but never tried any other kind of yoga. My first class with Morgan I absolutely loved it and signed up right away. It is a non-judging, non-comparing class. Morgan has so much experience, knowledge and amazing energy. Love the new studio and all the fun and interesting classes.

Attended a Wim Hof workshop there last weekend and it was great. Nice open space, nicely decorated and clean. Fabulous washroom, everybody talked about it. My wife was there last night for a yoga class with Jess, lovely young woman. It's easy to find and there is ample parking.
