I must say, the owners of this gym have been very accommodating to my friend Chris Sinclair while he finds a new location for his gym, they have allowed us to use their facilities and have been very accommodating to our schedule. The facility has a good selection of equipment, mind you its not shiny and all bling bling like those fancy name brand gyms, but it all works well and is well kept. I would recommend friends and family go here.

Very thorough and a different approach to massage therapy for sure. Targeting the muscles that really cause the issue. My muscles were aching and I truly thought it was nerve pain, Alana did some basic investigative prodding and found the issue in less than it took me to order a coffee. The rest is history, I know that I am in good hands at Guelph Performance. When I stepped in my car it was as if I was 20 again. We also discussed moving exercises for in the home and how to incorporate them in the day. I am very happy, feeling still like new. I only have positive words and can recommend the people and Guelph Performance to anyone.

Fantastic gym that's run by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recommend it to anyone that wants a good price for a 24/7 gym without all of the bells and whistles that you don't really need. Simple, affordable, and never too busy

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for Athletic Therapy. Jessica is a fantastic therapist who is very knowledgeable and helpful. She worked with me to find a exercise program to help me manage my arthritis in my knee and since following her program and advice my condition has improved substantially. She goes above and beyond for her patients.
