I've been working out with my trainer at Full Spectrum for almost a year now. I am pretty fitness challenged but I have to say that my trainer is incredibly patient as he puts me through my paces. I'm impressed by the breadth of his knowledge about how the body works; and he very deliberately and conscientiously tailors my workouts, to ensure I'm challenged but also successful. I would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone.

If you're serious about results, then this is the place to go. They have private personal training with very experienced trainers. There is also a great TCM/Acupunturist working out of there. East Meets West Holistic Services. She is the real deal!
