I would highly recommend DC Boxing Academy to anyone who is interested in learning this sport or getting fit! Classes range on your experience of boxing for if its your first time trying it out or if you have had prior experience. The coach Sebastian is amazing and really pushes you to achieve your goals while teaching you the proper techiniques you need to become a good boxer!! overall great atmosphere and great place to learn for adults or children.

I have been doing fitness boxing in the morning schedule and I couldn't be happier. Great workout to begin the day with energy. The coach is pretty good, location is perfect, I really like the size of the gym.
