Fantastic indoor play place for the kiddos, AND they have a FANTASTIC cafe upstairs. I'm impressed every time I attend the Reach Centre.

The craziness and lack of security is alarming. Your child is given a generic wrist band. Then let loose to run through a huge building of other kids. All ages. Older kids are on equipment they shouldnt be according to signs. And as such younger kids get bullied and hurt. There is no staff to prevent this. As far as parties go you rent a corner of the building not a room. You are rushed and pushed out. The bathroom was questionable. But my buggest worry was the lack of security for my childrens safety

Very nice facility, a bit darker than ideal structure has outside panels added that prevent visibility from the outside I'm not sure if this is intentional.

Great place to go on a rainy afternoon for kids to let off steam. Price is excellent and I appreciate the coffee and snack area. The kids had such a great time. Staff were very friendly.

I usually go to the reach centre to play basketball, but in the gymnasium there are bouncy castles which clog up a lot of the gymnasiums space. I suggest they construct another space for the bouncy castles and leave the gymnasium a gymnasium for other people to play in.

Awesome play place for kids and adults . Think of a McDonald’s playhouse that’s 4 levels high and big enough for adults to chase their over energized children through , they have 4 bouncy castles for all ages. Birthday party rooms, a cafe upstairs ,toddler playground

Had to kill a couple of hours in Grande Prairie on a Saturday afternoon and my 11 year old daughter thought this place was awesome. She had so much fun and met some new friends. We'll come again and definitely recommend.
