I just want to thank Ranchlands for finally setting up security cameras. Now if they can something about getting locks on the doors. Overall my stay at this place has been great, love the fitness Center, Henry the manager been great , my Fridge failed and he got me a new one the next day as promised. I rented at other places and it usually several weeks later before anything gets done.

Our family has been living In the townhouses for over two years now with no complaints. Every maintenance issue has been resolved by some very awesome guys. I don't know their names but they have always been polite and friendly and efficient. And the office staff have always been great as well.

I am currently living in the Ranchlands complex and have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the staff. Jacquie in the office is amazing to deal with, she always has a smile on her face and is quick to address any concerns that come up. Maintenance is quick to respond any time we have needed them they even have someone on call 24/7. This is more than just a place to live it is a community they are always doing some sort of activity; every summer they do a carnival and BBQ . There is a gym and pool for us to use and they even offer swimming lessons there. Overall an amazing place to call home.

I was visiting my mom at building 5 for a couple of days. My mom oven broke down at around 7pm , she called for help and shortly after a short maintenance guy showed up by the name of Jason. In about 1/2hr he had the oven back up running. I have to say I’m glad my mom lives here as I know she will be well looked after.

I have lived here now 9 months and I am very happy I made Ranchlands my new home in GP. My 2 bedroom suite with a washer and dryer is very affordable and I like that it allows small pets. Any concerns I have had have always been fixed and addressed with both friendliness and professionalism by Jacquie as she really cares about the tenants experience. Any repairs or maintenance have always been done very fast and Jayson is just the greatest and friendliest maintence guy you'll ever meet.

I thought i’d leave a comment today since I had to call Jackie at the management office for a temporary heating issue and she jumped on it so quickly.... Good Morning, not my account but I live in Red Willow apartments and I just wanted to review Hector from the maintenance dept. He was so friendly and accommodating he was at my apartment for 4hour until almost 1am trying to fix the heating issue. He offered to bring me space heaters called another guy to come help him. I was very impressed.....Good job!

We've been living here for about 2 1/2 years now and very happy to call it home. The rent is more then reasonable and affordable. We feel safe living here, although the parking lot could probably use some CCTV cameras. Although we've never used the pool yet, the fitness room is great and very convenient. The staff are very friendly and whenever we have a maintenance issue, they are quick to resolve.

The building is a little older but it’s made up for in lots of ways, including affordability. The staff is incredible! Shout out to Jacqueline in the front office. She’s amazing to talk to! The pool and gym are awesome amenities! Apartments aren’t my style personally, but it’s a great place to get a start in a new city. If apartment living is your thing, this place has some great benefits!

Hey just writing a review about living at Ranchlands an after spending over 2 yrs here I must says it’s not bad very quiet as I’m on th top floor. Lots of heat an hot water an my apartment is a good size for a 2 bedroom nice Gym an pool to use an the staff are very help full. Cheers

I would write a review but the computer that responds to all these has me in stitches saying the exact same thing to every person. How is this constructive at all? I doubt you live in the area to be honest. Still a resident so contact me if you feel like it. But the water leak in my bathroom which caused black mould (before I even moved in) still isn’t fixed and leaks like crazy. Just some friendly info.

The rent is very affordable, lived here going on two years and no issues whatsoever. The maintenance/housekeeping staff is always friendly. Shout out to Jacquie at the front desk, she is always in a good mood when I go into the office. Really like having access to the gym and pool, its always up kept and looking clean. Would recommend if your looking for a clean, affordable place to live.

We at B&P Junk Removal have been working with Henry at Ranchlands for 3 years now and they are an amazing rental property company! We have heard great things from people who have rented from these apartments. Residents enjoy beautiful suites, laundry facilities, and maintained grounds. They allow pets, have 24 hour security, and are close to amenities... They even have free gym, courts, and pool access. The suites are nice, spacious, with well designed layouts, storage, balconies, and updates throughout. Ranchlands is wonderful for our community here in Grande Prairie and we hope to continue to work with them.

Not much to say about the apartment itself, but the staff is amazing! The front desk staff/leasing agents are all friendly, helpful, and empathetic and the maintenance crew is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any issues I've had have been taken care of promptly. Shout out to Kyrie in the office and Jayson and Hector on the maintenance team, these three go above and beyond 100% of the time! All the staff members I've talked to are really great though
