I have been coming here for a several years, my therapist invited me to join when she left her previous studio. The girls are amazing, very skilled and professional. I have had therapeutic massages by multiple therapists and they are all incredible. Direct billing and online booking are a breeze. They also have an incredible studio for yoga and polefit. ❤

Signed my daughter up for Kids Aerial Silks, and she absolutely loved it. Staff is great with the kids! Then my friends and I decided to try a beginner class of our own and had an amazing time, and sweated our butts off! Such a fun way to get a great workout. Staff is great! Highly recommend!

Had a relaxation massage with Karissa today. She was friendly and timely to get me into the room for a massage. I was extremely relaxed and happy with my massage, I’ll certainly return in the future. The only issues are that the rooms lack in sound insulation so it’s easy to hear noises outside the room, and the location itself wasn’t the easiest to find in the heart of the industrial area. That being said, the pros certainly outweigh the cons, and surely will be coming back.

Michelle Bedhomme is an excellent RMT! I have been to several RMT’s over the years and Michelle used techniques and showed me stretches nobody else had before . She properly diagnosed my referred pain and actually treated muscles correlated to the referred pain instead of just massaging where it hurt. She discussed the inflammation with the referred pain what was happing to my body due to the repetitive nature of my job (dental hygienist) and is helping me to progress to getting better long term and prolonging my career. I’ve never felt better after a massage. I booked again with her right away.

When I fist went to Raining relief, I was in constant pain from ridiculous amounts of muscle tension in my back. I had headaches every day, my shoulder pain was almost unbearable, and it was drastically effecting my day to day life. I've been going there for over a year and Carmen has made a huge difference in my life. I have zero back problems now. She is amazing!

I've been going to fitness classes (Pole Fit / Aerial Yoga / Aerial Silks / Bungee) here since January 2018 (instructed by Melissa / Carmen / Darra) and they have all been fantastic with there own types of challenges for each style of class. I've also seen Allie Cassell for a Therapeutic Massage with Cupping and it was great, she was able to focus on all of my areas of concern and I left feeling wonderful. Thank you ladies!

I’m not exaggerating when I say I’m a beginner and would have been embarrassed during the class for my lack of skill, ability and knowledge however, Carrie was kind, patient and slowed down and showed me how to do everything and encouraged me to continue. All rooms have electric tables, every therapist has something different to offer and are individually amazing at their own practice. I feel very comfortable and enjoy deep therapeutic, relaxation, and even pregnancy massage here. They have a variety of availability at all times of day. Easy online booking. She takes the time to get to know her clients, and ensure they're receiving the proper treatments whether it's just relaxation or other ailments aided by Massage Therapy.

They should improve customer service and punctuality. I got there and there was no receptionist in sight, no sign to say if someone was gonna answer me so I started calling out "Hello?" as my appointment time was already passed by 5 minutes and all I had was an angry therapist that came out telling me to be quiet because other people were getting massages, to which I replied that I, also, was here for a massage and my therapist was late. When finally my therapist started the massage, over 10 minutes late at that time, she asked a bunch of questions that I had answered on their online form this proving to me that they don't bother reading them. The therapist ended the massage at the scheduled time but made me pay for my full hour... I do not recommend this place to anybody. I had an awful experience...

I've been going to Raining Relief for a while now and I love the wide range of appointment times available, makes it easy to book with a difficult work schedule. The clinic is always clean and I tend to bounce around for massages and have had great experiences with all of the RMT's I've seen. Massage therapists are great. The waiting area is lacking... There is a couple chairs squeezed in there. If full, there is nowhere to sit down to put your boots on. This really sucks when your back hurts. Can also hear the chatting from reception area when getting a massage.

I love that shes not trying to be something shes not, ive seen manyassage therepists that try to be chiropractors, or physio therepists. They dont help! They arent relaxing at all. Carmen is great, most relaxing massage ive ever had and i didnt leave in more pain then when i got there! Haha ill be returning for sure
