Jackie is a hidden gem in our community. She introduced me to Pilates over 20 years ago. Her knowledge and passion for Pilates is world class. Having exposure to Pilates as I travel to major centres in Canada and the U.S. has given me an even greater appreciation for what we have right here in Grande Prairie. Her Pilates studio is an incredible space and has all the Pilates equipment and machines that you can imagine. Her workouts range anywhere from rehabilitative to intense conditioning. Whether you are looking to build upon your strength or build from the ground up, JT BodyQuest is the place to be. Her background in fitness, dance, and Pilates can help any individual reach optimum physical performance and well-being.

Jackie is one of the most knowledge and conscientious instructors I have had the pleasure of working with. I leave each of her classes inspired, motivated and feeling better than I did when I came. I also find a new challenge every time. I would recommend her to anyone of any fitness level or background. I can’t say enough good things really.
