Worst business practices ever! Signed up for Daily Dragon program in Grande Prairie. No option for the longer term memberships that have a cancellation option. Had to sign a 1yr contract, wasn't too concerned because I need daycare. Oilfield slows down, now I no longer work full time to avoid company wide layoffs from a job I have been at for 15yrs (unexpected). No longer need daycare or can afford daycare as wages went down more than daycare fees which are not cheap! 2 kids in Daily dragons was $880/month. This company "said" they were sorry about my circumstances but I signed a contract so they would not put it on hold, switch it to an evening program instead. Now threatening to send me to collections because I told them I couldn't afford anymore NSF fees from the direct debit that I had to cancel the payments and just pay what I could each month. That is not good enough, this is how much they care about their clients. We have been there for 2 years. Unfortunately the GP instructors are wonderful but have nothing to do with the contract/membership end of things- that is all Edmonton

Despite not having a hand-in date for a form required to be filled out by a teacher before graduating to a new belt, my son was told he would not be graduating with the rest of the group when he tried to hand his in the week before graduation. This after they forgot to put him on the graduating list last graduation. My son has lost all enjoyment for his Tae-Kwon-Do classes, where once it was all he would talk about. I definitely won’t be renewing my contract with them and will be looking elsewhere to see if another club can help him enjoy this sport again.

An Excellent facility! Instructors are extremely knowledgeable, front end staff are friendly and informative. A great place to start Taekwon-do no matter the age. Classes are fairly priced. Love their Kickboxing program!! Gladiators was under new ownership as of 2018 and are no longer associated with their old directors or structure.

Gladiators MAA is an amazing martial arts facility with equally amazing instructors. My son and I have been training under Mr. and Mrs. Martinez for over 8 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Received the mini dragon classes as a gift and took our son there for the first time. The instructor were good but the the place is dirty from the second you walk in the door. It should be spotless and smell much better then it does if you are required to wear bare feet. There was dust and dirt everywhere. When I called the head office to voice my concerns their costomer service was horrible. They said it is cleaned everyday instead of trying to do something about it or looking into it. Would not recommend.

Great training atmosphere. Teachers will spend the time to show you proper techniques with kickboxing and other formers of martial arts. Great places to me new people. Just an all around great gym.

Our son started in the summer camp program which led to the after school program and now we are on our second year. This facility and it's instructors are AMAZING! We watched our son's confidence grow through the hard work from both him and the instructors never allowing him to give up. Our daughter was old enough to attend the summer camp and we cannot thank Mr. & Mrs. Martinez for helping her through this program. The after school program is great as children are still getting more then enough daily exercise while working in a great environment. Any issues that have come up whether it was due to another student, our own children or scheduling was handled accordingly. Huge shout out to the Martinez family! thank you :)
