Very inconvenient set-up for people to get to their seats. You have to climb stairs 3/4 way up to top level, then walk all the way back to lower rows. It is very difficult for persons with back, leg and breathing problems. Sitting is way to tight for small size persons. I felt sorry for average and oversized people attending concert. This place is not designed for people with any kind of disability. No air flow, so very hot. Most of dialogue was so low that it wasn't heard. Acoustics are very poor. It is not a very good impression of what Grande Prairie has to offer as a venue. Parking sucks. We had to park over 3 blocks away.

Very well run city facility. I'm usually here only for the hockey games, but have never had an issue. Better seats (and cup holders too!) than any other small town arena I've ever been into.

The Jeremy Hotz show fantastic but the reason I give it a 3 star rating is. 1, The seats are very uncomfortable. 2. If you are a bigger person like me (240lbs 6ft tall) their is not a lot of room being between people on either side. 3. Not much parking spaces at the venue itself. Besides that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A variety of events. My family never been to an A hockey game. We are volunteers at bandaged paws and there was a fundraiser and we were given vip seats for the GP Storm's home game against the Ft. Mac Oil Barons. Winning 5 to 2 was a bonus. Support your local team. They make the town a home!

Attended my stepdaughter's grad. Where to park? No parking!!! Who designed this place? Everyone's in high heels and their best outfits and grad gowns! We were twisting our ankles trying to make our way through gravel and pieces of concrete near the entrance. Come on, really?

I really enjoyed showcasing "Scarves" from WEM at the Homemade Holiday show last weekend. The people who worked the show were very nice. The public that walked through and stopped at my booth, at least, were very open to the idea of bringing more business ventures to Grande Prairie. The public and the other vendors really appreciated being able to feel and then purchase real cotton, crèpe, wool and silk fabrics plus having the opportunity to smell real pistachio oil soap. The featured holiday Christmas stocking stuffer socks were an absolute favorite. The night security was spot on. The availability of carts was a slight struggle but everything ironed itself out quickly. All in all, I would certainly hold this smaller, more intimate pre-Christmas show sale (the big Christmas show is on at Evergreen Park: Nov. 29th, 30th and Dec.1, 2018) again and I would again choose the same venue. Thank-you Revolution Place and Farmers' Market.

Went here for the Sublime with Rome concert. Small theatre they put us in. Because it was so small the sound was honestly too loud. Which I know it's a concert but it was too much. The music was good. The people who work there were nice. It wasn't an awesome experience but it wasn't horrible either.

Watched the 2018 Charles Spencer graduation ceremony here. Revolution place (aka Canada Games Centre) was built in 1995 and looks pretty dated but it's still a sizable arena that seats almost 3000 people. Its known to host hockey, curling, concerts, shows and other special events. There's quite a lot of parking outside. Easy to navigate inside. The bleachers have hard seats (I would know after spending almost 5 hours sitting in them yesterday) but good views all around. The arena had no ice and was set up nicely for the grad ceremony and grand march. There are concession stands and bathrooms on either wing.

There isnt veey much leg room when seated in the stands. Also it os way too small for a city the size of grande prairie. main positive factor about the former Crystal Center is that being as small as it is even the nose bleed section you still aren't really all that far away from the stage. Especially when compared to much larger facilities.

The concerts have been a little unorganized in the past, but over the last year the entertainment employees have been bringing in big name concerts and running the venue incredibly well. If they could stop charging $8 for a can of beer, i would give this venue 5 star.
