I had a great experience as an adult going in for the first time. The coach was very helpful and helped me getting the basics of beginner movements down. I had a great time, it was funny and challenging. I'll definitely be back again soon!

I take private aerial lessons with Rebecca and it has been such a fun and amazing time with a trainer who listens and accommodates so well to her students. She is super supportive, encouraging and absolutely enthusiastic. This is the only place I know that trains circus style aerial using different apparatuses. If you are the least bit interested, book with her now. It's amazing!

This parkour facility is definitely the best option in the city as they have a permanent parkour setup which makes training safer and easier. My son excelled once he switched to this gym. They also have bday parties where they entertain the children for an hour then you get a private(albeit small) space for cake and presents.
