Home away from home - we spent 5-7 days a week here. It's quiet in the evenings which is great for us. It's great for a basic gym, they update machines, have free weights, weight machines, lots of cardio options and resistance training. It's mostly women, but it's nice to see some men enjoying it too.

For New Waterford it’s a great little spot to get started with exercise. Brand new treadmills that are top of the line. Enough equipment for a beginner and i quiet 24 hour service so you can go at your convenience!
