Although it's difficult to find and navigate the first time (don't be concerned about asking any one for help - everyone is friendly), the two back-to-back classes I attended left me feeling challenged and without injury ! The Member who brought me introduced me to the Instructor. In turn, she kept her eye on me, and was good enough to repeat her instructions in English when I demonstrated that I had not understood the French too well ! The overall schedule of classes seems to cover a variety of Client lifestyles, and Membership is reasonably priced. Lockers, showers and changing areas are clean.

(Original) Je m'étais inscrite à ce gym notamment pour ses heures d'ouverture (jusqu'à 21h30 en semaine et jusqu'à 19h et 18h les weekends). Malheureusement, cette horaire a changé depuis 1 semaine : fermeture à 16h le weekend et à 18h30 le vendredi. Cette diminution des heures d'ouverture m'oblige maintenant à m'inscrire ailleurs. Très dommage...

Juts signed up yesterday (NEW TO PLATEAU AREA), Louise I believe her name is fantastic! made me feel very comfortable with signing up! The gym itself is wonderful lots of room and friendly faces. 10/10 would recommend!
