Member since May 2017. Very clean little gym with all the equipment, good ventilation and great natural light. Staff is very friendly and the gym is not busy at all outside of some small windows of time (11:30-13:00; 15:30-18:30). And "busy" is a big word compared to some other places.

This gym is great! The staff cleans the place everyday, theres always 1 to 3 trainers on site available to give tips and help. I appreciate training at this gym!

The owner does not allow people with mask exemptions in his gym and does not follow the bylaw. In other words breaking the law and discriminating against people that are exempt.

Nice windows! There's always sunlight coming in the gym. Clean. All new Atlantis machines. And there's a Hoist cage with a handful of TRXs and several "crossfit workouts" devices and equipments. SO much better than Nautilus.

Gym propre, équipements neufs bonne variété de poids, mais malheureusement ce gym est destiné à monsieur madame tout le monde et non ceux qui s'entraînent pour vrai... Se faire dire de retenir ses poids quand on deadlift à cause qu'on fait trop de bruit come on c'est un gym pas une bibliothèque... Très dommage
