Always friendly and helpful staff at this location, great selection of machines and facilities. Even the people working out are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. So happy this gym is around!

Not a huge spot but it had all of the equipment anyone needs. Weights, machines, pool and a big floor surface.

Nice gym with a variety of things to do. Staff are super friendly. Pool, weight room, sauna, and gym. There are drop ins and classes.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. Most importantly, the equipment is new and well maintained. My workouts are focused on the four main lifts (bench press, deadlift, military press and squat) and I never have to wait for equipment. Lastly, the clientele are great and contribute to a positive atmosphere; and it's the people that make a gym great. Best gym I've worked out at.
