Not open 24 hours but has a nice open space, a woman's center and a lot of equipment. I rarely have to wait to use any of the machines.

Love this location. It has 2 levels (which for the most part separates weights and cardio BUT both levels do have cardio machines, free weights and weight machines) It is never overly busy here which is awesome. I feel so comfortable at this location vs. the Uptown location.

I really like the layout of this gym, very friendly staff and instructors. Always ample parking and not overcrowded. The only reason I didn't give 5 is because their Group ex studio has over crowded classes and the room is just too small, every class I have gone to on weekends or evenings feels claustrophobic. That being said those classes are great and that's why they are full.

This is my favorite GoodLife in Fredericton. Lots of parking, gym is in a couple sections so never feels crowded. Best part is woman's only section!

Best Gym Experience. I've been going to this gym for 5 years now and i can't say anything but good about it. Clean equipment at all times, staff do a great job of keeping everything sanitized and cleaned. Staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. Although i would like to see the hours of operation changed to open at 5am and close at 10pm. Not everyone has enough time for a 6am workout.

Great experience. The staff does a great job keeping the equipment and gym clean the change rooms also. Very friendly staff. Equipment is great with lots of options. Also all the other gym goers are really nice and down to ????. Highly recommend.

I tried this gym and wasn't a big fan. That being said the equipment was nice and maintained. I'm not much of a gym person. I tried to cancel my membership they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee but worse they informed me that because I decided to pay their monthly fee and not go to the gym , that I would have to cancel exactly a year to the day I started the membership or they would renew the membership and I would be locked in for another year. So I felt scammed to say the least.
