great boxing gym that cares a lot about its members. its a very welcoming environment that is willing to include everyone. its also an incredible workout and because of the supportive environment its amazing the progress its members make in transforming themselves. place is also well set up for training. has good parking. is close to some great coffee places, restaurants and the river. staff are very humble and and unpretentious

Horrible customer service. My son was super excited to start there. I emailed and my email was never answered, I then sent a msg if they could call me, I got a enteric msg with a copied answer from the website which didn’t answer my specific question. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great atmosphere! Its the only gym I've ever been in where its actually felt like a team environment everyone's there to do their best, work at their own pace, but also motivate each other. Lots of equipment to use, clean environment, awesome coaches and you definitely get your bang for you buck! Great workout, Highly recommend it!
