Shantal is an absolute gem. She is kind, nurturing and makes you feel so comfortable! I have had the pleasure of attending her byob (bring your own baby)postpartum workout classes, as well as experience a Thai yoga massage with her. Both were great experiences and the care she gives to everything she does speaks volumes about how passionate she is about what she does. I highly recommended Shantal!
