It was great experience, the breakfast menu was awesome and had different varieties everyday. The lunch buffet was great too with a lot of options. Comfortable stay.

Stayed here for an Opimian dinner. Hotel is one of the older in the area, but the room was clean, rug and paint have been upgraded and comfortable. Room 349 remote for TV needs replacing, volume up didn't work. Otherwise good value, clean, comfortable & free breakfast (which I didn't get a chance to try).

We attended a meeting at the facility. The food was amazing and the space inviting. The staff there were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel could do with some sprucing up but the room was ok, the hot breakfast and front desk staff were very good and the parking lot is very big.

Stayed here for the better part of a week in 2 separate rooms and noticed both could use some repairs, some of the fitness equipment was poorly maintained as well. staff can be pretty rude but still helpful. Parking here sucks when people are at the bar and you are rushed out of the free breakfast on Sundays when they have their brunch. However the breakfast had a great selection and was pretty good at that. Beds were some of the more comfortable Beds for the price of the rooms. All in all I would return if working in the area again however some improvements could be made.

Friendly staff...very helpful...clean rooms...I did however notice than staying on the 2nd floor you can hear people walking around on the 3rd floor. It can be quite loud and distracting. I wish the rooms were a little quieter. Other than that everything is good.

Had vehicle trouble on the way home and had to spend the night. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy to get to off the highway. The price was fair. The staff that greeted me at the front desk were professional and helpful. They gave me everything I needed to get cleaned up. Even a toothbrush and deodorant! The room was clean and has a lot of things that you may need. The shower felt great!

Stayed in the king suite. Great room, very clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Pet friendly fee is reasonable and breakfast hours are great. However, the wifi is not free. The first hour is free but then you have to pay. Otherwise this is a great hotel.

I arrived in Fort McMurray to assist on the rebuilding efforts of the terrible tragedy in early May. I became a permanent fixture for 6 months at the Quality Hotel, My stay started just after the evacuation of the city the conditions in the entire town were at their worst as you can imagine due to the fire. The hotel was in total cleanup mode after the fire and there were not a lot of amenities that were not available, the incredible staff did more than anyone could expect to keep all of us as comfortable as possible. When you consider that some of the staff lost their own homes in the fire. The rooms were very clean as well as the other sites in the hotel The Den was opened a few months later. The food and the staff were amazing. We became very good friends and I will miss their kind service and laughter. Then management staff and mainly the manager of the hotel was simply incredible, he made sure all of my needs were met. Weather it was making sure my mattress was comfortable enough in my room or replacing my lost electric shaver. I would like to thank everyone involved in making our team feel at home, I can speak for all of us when I say we really appreciated your kindness , service and just plain good company and thank you all, for putting up with us I know It was a bit difficult at times . Rooms scream 1990's in terms of layout, fixtures and amenities. Had an executive room, but it was nothing special. The buffet is better in terms of offerings when compared to others. Had issues with the plumbing that maintenance fixed, but found other problems that they missed like a leaking water connection under the sink.

I keep going to Fort Mc often and i stay at this Hotel all the time. The staff is courteous, they take good care of the guests and overall a nice experience to have over and over again. Keep up the good work.!

The restaurant is nice. The staff is pleasant. The continental breakfast is really quite good, I've tried quite a few. The rooms, are older and outdated. If they got some new mattresses and some better lighting, for the price point, I'd stay again.

My overall experience was okay, the lobby was nice and breakfast was the best part. However, my room wasn't cleaned during my stay, nobody came to change towels and make the bed until I asked the front desk to send someone after I got back in the evening. Beds were a little hard, but other than that the hotel did its job.

Nice place and clean room. My gripe would be in using the hotel for field work where you need to bring equipment in and out regularly. If you are in the executive wing, it's along hike from the parking lot and there are unavoidable stairs...it would be okay for typical business travel, but for field work it could be an issue.
