Chad and Cindy are so awesome! High energy, great playlists, very inviting and super helpful. They really take the time to make sure everyone is set up and comfortable on their bikes. I definitely recommend trying out the spin classes!

I’ve done three spin classes so far and all were amazing! High energy music really makes the time go fast. Chad, Brittany and Cindy all run a great class and bring a different flair/personal style to each one. Be sure to check them all out! The salt sauna is amazing! One place that I sometimes walk in with a frown, but I always leave with a big smile!
