The owners of this location pulled a scam at Dufferin North Athletics. The staff and owners were well aware the gym was going to be shut down but asked me and countless others to extend our memberships for a limited time deal. So ask yourself, is this the type of gym you'd like to sign up for? Do you feel comfortable now, knowing that? Look up Dufferin North Athletics and see for yourself. Enjoy this stain of a review, I hope it gets upvoted to the top.

The worst customer service I've seen They tell everyone you can freeze your account whenever you'd like but they never mention they'll continue deducting monthly payment on your banking account and this would never come back to your account anymore. I never suggest this unprofessional gym to my Friend!

This gym is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the gym has amazing equipment and classes, I joined this gym a few weeks ago and It has really improved my fitness, I also took the wrestling classes here and coach sanchez is an absolutely amazing guy and he really helped me build up some skill in wrestling. I would definitely recommend joining this gym, you will not be disappointed at all!

Talk to staff member, they advise you HAVE to sign up for full year. (This is not mentioned on sign). They also advise of enrollment fees and extreme costs per month. (Also not mentioned on sign, see sign photo below) Staff quotes price: "99$ enrollment fee, $69 for 1st, 2nd, and last month, and $149 per month". (for other 9 months) Total is $1509 taxes extra -- ($1705 after tax) Manager then price can be reduced for a limited time to: $49 for enrollment, $69 for 1st, 2nd, and last month, and $99 per month. (for other 9 months) Total is $1009 taxes extra -- ( $1140 after tax) The sign deal is NOT an option. ($69 for 3 months) Note: Photo of sign attached for reference.

Such kind and welcoming space to learn and workout! Because Xtreme Couture is a larger gym I was afraid of feeling overwhelmed and lost among the crowd. I could not have been more wrong! I was instantly welcomed into the club by receptionists, owner, trainers and coaches. The bigger classes allow for more opportunity to work with new people and learn different techniques while still getting quality attention from coaches! The gym itself has everything you need and is never too busy! I would highly reccomend to anyone looking to try a new gym, specifically for MMA type classes.

Don't know how good their facilities really are, but their refund procedures are the worst. We cancelled our private lessons and membership within the 10 day trial period and it took over 90 days for them to process the refund. Every time I called asking or to follow-up on the refund, I was badgered why I wanted to cancel, and why I shouldn't cancel the membership. In the end I had to have my credit card company dispute the charge. Make sure to get an e-mail record of all your communication with this company in case you to have to fight to get a refund.

Hands downbeat best gym in Ontario.. staff is wonderful, weights & environment are great. If you want a gym where you can train hard & get results fast, this is your go to gym. To add.. maddie barale will resolve any questions you have, a go to banging associate. Jerry was helpful & knows his job very well.

Awesome gym. Over the years, I have been a member of every 'major' gym franchise in the GTA, and within each franchise I have trained in many of their branch gyms. In addition, I have been a member of assorted small scale gyms with only one or two locations. Of all the places I have trained at over the last decade, my absolute favorite is Xtreme couture. Great equipment, very cool set up with open access to punching bags/tires/sledge hammers etc etc, and a great atmosphere. The no BS, MMA attitude of the facility gives the place a feeling of respect and discipline, a refreshing change from the arrogance and showboating too often found in other gyms.

Going for 4 years here. Love the people and atmosphere, great cleaning staff and great pricing, can't beat it. Best thing is if you're a intermediate and up you'll hardly see newbies since this is a dungeon style gym that intimidates those who arent serious.

My experience with extreme is 100% proof physical exercise that i enjoy with the helping from the staff that very helpful with the daily of stressing work that is being done daily where the body tends to break down due too the body's energy through out the day. hello friends the gym looks good. but be aware the billing system is not good they ask for credit information and bank details never ever ever give them . i ask them for refund my payment they told lots of stories and even charge money after cancelation be carefull with the sales guys and especially kurt very cunning guy forces people to join gym but bluffs people with unknown gym stuff . even guys inside the personal trainers they dont care about people . my suggestion is never sign full contract and dont give bank information

Amazing facility. Shower/locker rooms aren't five star but they are clean and do their job. Instruction? Unparalleled. Many styles within every style of martial art. Want to kick box? Sure! Would you like traditional Muaythai? More Dutch style? More practical mix of both? There are instructors for all of the above. They have all competed on the world stage, same with most of their Jiu-Jitsu instructors. Personal trainers are fiercely passionate about what they do and will seriously whoop your ass if you ask them to. There's got to be 100+ classes a week to choose from if you include both martial arts and fitness. I practically lived here when I first signed up. There is an astounding volume of people that come in and work on the mats. The mats are cleaned twice a day but you still are going to want to shower immediately if you've been rolling around on them, don't let the sweat dry before scrubbing down, but that applies to any place with a thousand people getting sweaty together per day. Lessons? You get out what you put in. If you show genuine interest, someone will take you under their wing and work with you until you are where you want to be or even better, where they think you can be. If you get picked up, you will be pushed beyond what you ever thought you were capable of. Front of house staff is typically very young and can be good or bad at making you feel welcome depending on their mood. When you are new and not sure what you want to do, pay cash. Period. After that, when you are sure that you will be there for a while get as big a package as you can get and it gets very cheap compared to other similar facilities and pay however you like.

Worst gym in Toronto!! They don't even have hand soap in the bathroom, that cheap. Rude stuff will fully turn off all lights two minutes before they close to kick you out in the dark. Old, disorganized equipment. Broken lockers. Awful weekend hours. Owners are impossible to reach. MY WORST MISTAKE HAS BEEN SIGNING UP WITH THEM.

I started here in March at 178 lb. I met up with Jerry for a fitness assessment and he helped set me up with a trainer. Ken was my trainer. He helped and got me working so hard it was so much fun! Lost 20 lb in 4 month and i couldn't be happier. Dropped 8% in body fat percentage. If you want to go to a gym where the staff is friendly and the trainers know what there doing you gotta come here!

You get what you put into it...ignore the losers and jerks. A couple really good mma coaches, but remeber it's a business and it's their job to get as much money out of you as possible. Locker room always smelled gross.

This is a top of the line training facility. I just love the way they did the finish on this place, it doesn't feel like an old warehouse at all. Everything is very well maintained and in tip top shape. The mats are in really really good condition, they are always exceptionally clean! The tape in between the mats are always properly done so you dont get your toes stuck and so it doesn't get filthy. There are only a few leaks comming from the ceiling. The shower facility and change rooms are sustained beautifully (you get a warm feeling walking in). All of the gear and equipment is in working order, clean, and smelling terrific! The trainers and staff members are so friendly, they will be happy to sign you up for a membership!

martial arts has been something ive wanted to start ever since ive been on my own in life, but for most of you who have been to many gyms like myself you will be able to tell when people really care about you or care about you signing into a contract. The Team at xtreme couture perfectly resembles genuine people who want to help others achieve their goals. One big problem for me was the fact that i have a hard time with my own motivation to go and start and try new things, having gone for 9 other free week trails across the gta nothing had made me feel at home no other gym had really stood out for my individual needs and no other classmates really even cared that i was there. From the second i walked in the doors not only did they make me feel like a family member they make me feel confidant they made me feel i could ask anyone walking around for anything and they'd happily help or walk me to someone who can. The registration process was the simplest of any gym ive been to plus they don't mind sitting and chatting with you to really go in depth for your desires and goals, they very honestly care about what you exactly want out of this and make every accommodation possible to see you succeed. Since ive started this whole gym love has continued through my 1on1 meets aswell as my in class sessions. I really have way too many good things to say. I've never been happier or more confidant starting anything i really have not only the management to thank but the coaches and my classmates for their continued help to reach all of my goals. Thank you for Everything everyone and i hope to see some new faces there soon with me :)

I have many times had the thought of learning jiu jitsu cross my mind and it would float away as quickly as it came because I thought joining a gym is intimidating, never mind a MMA gym. I am a floral designer by trade, a fairly small 33 year old woman without any prior training, like zero other than my couch to 5k app. But I decided I would like to give jiu jitsu a try, it's fascinating and fluid and how cool would it be to have the bonus of something in your back pocket to protect yourself with if it came down to it. Also women MMA fighters are just awesome. The process began with a phone call, setting up an appointment to come check out the gym, so right away the first encounter, not scary. There is so much going on in the gym that when I went down there, I didn't feel like I stuck out, nobody stopped and starred at the new girl. I then met with Jay, a very friendly and approachable guy to do my assessment and advise me, like a guidance counsellor helping you plan your curriculum. In order to fast track my training, he set us (my husband and I) up with some no gi (the white jacket and pants) jiu jitsu personal training sessions. You're always matched up with a partner at the same level as you, so in our case that level being very much beginners we were able to partner up together. Even though my husband and I are very different sizes, in jiu jitsu that doesn't really matter, which is another beautiful thing about the sport, its all about technique it doesn't matter if you're the smaller opponent. All of the instructors at Xtreme Couture are very knowledgable, giving and approachable. Everyone seems to really love what they do which says a lot to me. Our P/T is Paul a brown belt who is extremely patient and thorough, taking the time to make sure we understand the why behind the what of what we are learning. Paul trains under Wagnney Fabiano, who is like the best gift in an instructor and the fact that we have regular access to someone of his calibre is amazing. He is a 5th degree black belt and wins tournaments all over the world and as a bonus is the nicest guy. The environment and vibe in the gym is all inclusive. Everyone at all levels take the same class. I feel like the recommendation of the private lessons was hugely beneficial to not only our training but to preparing us for the group class. To be able to have individualized attention and time for questions is invaluable. My husband and I also started taking personal training sessions with Thomas a Muay Thai instructor and it is amazing. Such a great workout and addictively fun. I highly recommend this gym because of the positive attitude in striving to better yourself, the large open and equipped facility and the high level of training being offered.... also, there is a parking lot! So especially if you are a woman and have the thought, ya doing something like that would be cool, don't just let it pass. It's totally achievable, you just have to start.

I was a member here for 2 years and I don't plan to go back. I don't know anything about how to run a gym, but it became very evident that coaches were upset with how they were being treated and the gym appeared to deteriorate before my eyes.Broken machines that went weeks without repair, cheap worn-out pads that were rarely replaced and even paper towel dispensers that were never fixed. I wished that more money would have been reinvested into the gym, especially considering the annual fee of $1200 and the genuine passion that the instructors possessed. I know it's a hustle to get new clients, but that's the only business plan that seemed apparent. Perhaps focus on keeping current members happy and they will continue to fund the gym AND make referrals to friends (free marketing).

Great gym. There are a lot of motivated people working out there regularly. Staff are gentle and are cunning sales experts; their sales pitch is very scientific and convincing; its an amazing sales machine that works with a lovely algorithm. lol My personal trainer was knowledgable, friendly. But, before signing any contracts go home and think hard about the commitment; dont cry when you face the business enforcers of they gym, it just breaks your spirit. Just for fun, try to name these people: - The staff who likes everything about you and every thing you are wearing - The staff who drinks juice infront of your thirsty face and tells you where to get it - The staff who measures your physique

Good energy. Weights are ok. Equipment is good. Great place to train for Tough Mudder or Spartan Race. Giant flippable rubber tires is a big plus. Monkey bars are cool too.

This gym is the worst gym one can ever be .. I had one my worst interaction in terms of client customer relationship. I signed up for this gym on July 20th. The agent at no point told me I had to be committed for 12 months at no point what do ever When I came to cancel the first thing the general points out was I quote "read the fine" I ended paying $288 plus for 3 weeks of gym. It's worse.. folks make sure when signing up that u are aware of the 12months procedure and their 10 days policies. Then the general managersense told me at first he cant stop make the payment to let thEirik check bounce on A C H off accountso. I will never recommend this to anyone ..worst business practice ever.

Terrible. Worst experience ever, and unreasonably expensive for what you get. I attended Xtreme Couture for about a year for fitness and boxing. It was not the first time I had attended a boxing facility. I had been boxing for a while prior so I had experience, but wanted to try Xtreme Couture because I thought they had exceptional coaches. I thought wrong. In fact it was one of the worst experiences I had ever had with a boxing gym. I can not comment on the quality of the other combat sports they teach, but I can comment on the boxing and fitness. Both of which were terrible and over-priced. The fitness area frequently had equipment that did not work for long periods of time. A few weeks, usually. The boxing was abysmal. The "coaches" did not seem to be very knowledgeable of the sport. Often attempting to teach outrageous techniques to hide their lack of knowledge. None of them knew the rules of the sport, which is something that coaches should know. Training their boxers involved throwing them into a class, quite often mixed with beginners and doing repetitive drills, again likely to cover-up their lack of coaching abilities. Classes are for beginners. Competitive athletes need independent attention. I improved little while I was there. As a matter-of-fact, after finding a better coach, my new coach had to "fix" the damage that the Xtreme Couture coaches caused. In addition to all that, I had prepaid for 24 sessions of one-on-one coaching, which was useless, but they didn't honer all of them. They still owe me four sessions, totaling $300. I left because, despite the terrible coaching, I was removed from the team. Their excuse was that I had been "suspended", but after doing some research I discovered that it was not true. Therefore, cancelling my membership was not my fault and i should have had the $300 refunded. Overall, do not take up boxing at Xtreme Couture and definitely do not prepay for personal sessions.

Being an active member at this gym for over a two year period I really have only good things to say. The staff and trainers here are very friendly and knowledgeable, the classes which are run are good for all training levels, and the environment really makes me feel like I want to push myself harder than the other guy. Also, being a member of the Canadian Armed Forces management is very understanding and helpful when I have to leave for extended periods of time. Not to mention the smoothie bar is great too! If you want to strive for the best come to Xtreme Couture.

Do not trust the good reviews you see. They are fake. This place does not come to the terms of agreement,it only wants your money. I took a transfer from someone else and the contract stated that it ends september 28,2018. Guess what,they continued charging me even after. I was shocked and disgusted how unfair and terrible their attitude towards customers was. Other people also experienced all sorts of financial troubles with this gym,like I said they are unprofessional and inaccurate when it comes to billing and terms of agreement. I totally hate this gym and would never recommend anyone to come here.Gym looks like it needs complete repair and maintenance,changing rooms and the facilities overall are deplorable. I took my 13 year old son to Xtreme Couture to help him after getting bullied in school. He was attacked one day by a few kids in his school and came home with a bloody nose and some bruises. The staff at Xtreme were very serious about my son's case and put us with great trainers. My son is an athletic kid who plays sports but has never hurt a fly and shies away from violence. Over six months at Xtreme he learned grappling basics, Muay Thai basics, and a lot of boxing. By six months he not only had a good handle on much needed skills but he also got used to contact and sparring. He learned how to throw a punch but knew he didn't have to. His confidence is way up, he has learned to pick better friends, and things are looking up for him. It was a group effort but we could not have done it without Xtreme and their dedicated staff. Thanks!

Awesome place to do mma, the equipment is okay and needs more variety. The classes are fun and the trainers are excellent but if youre a beginner you better do some research. Overall its a fun and comfortable environment. Muay Thai and kickboxing is huge at this gym.

Couture is a solid gym offering the old-school vibe. There are a variety of classes for both MMA/fitness-minded individuals, though some sessions are hard to attend if you rock a 9-5 gig. Off-peak hours are ideal (I enjoy going at 2pm) and the parking lot is an absolute zoo around 6pm. Despite signage and cleaning stations at every corner, it's a shame that more clients aren't mindful of cleaning up after themselves. This isn't a jab at the staff since there is always someone tending custodial services and keeping the facility as clean as they can. Nothing negative to say about the coaches & front staff. They are knowledgeable and will strike up a conversation with regulars or just about anyone who is willing to make the effort to socialize. I genuinely enjoy coach Paolo's kickboxing class. Prices are reasonable - for those concerned with the negative reviews about cancellations and billing, it's your responsibility to read the contract carefully and to ask questions before signing. Concessions are made if you're willing to pay in full rather than month-to-month. A gym is a business and if you don't like the sales pitch, just walk away.

I requested to cancel my membership in person and was told that someone would be in touch with me to go over my options. I ended up loosing my credit card and no one ended up calling me and I never updated my credit card because I stopped going to the gym and never heard back from anyone. You guys clearly have my email, as well as cell phone number. Yet I get one letter in the mail, and the one letter is "FINAL NOTICE" .... aka only warning that there is a problem with my account. " Attempts have been made my phone/ and or mail" I have since left voice mails and emails with management and have not heard anything back.

Excellent experience so far. I always feel welcome when i walk in the door, someone always says hello. I highly recommend bobby hes the one who sold me my membership, hes very personable. Extreme Couture is one of the best gyms that I have been to. Plus the crowd there is very nice, which is a big plus. Jason and Jerry took great care of me and are extremely helpful and encouraging. Rachel is truly excellent trainer. She is the perfect combination of tough and warm and she works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of her efforts, I am stronger and have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun  P.S - I can now open cans easily at my work (even guys failed at it ) I feel good :P

I Have been doing Mma privates for many months. It is a great gym! All the trainers to date have been great and tailor your training to your needs, goals and to any injures that you may have. It is a great, safe and productive way to learn. Sessions are tailored to your schedule are great way to Stimulate and maintain growth in all facets of your life.

I came here barely being able to walk after a broken ankle and never having worked out at a gym. Nina is my trainer. She is flat out amazing. With her I got so much more than a work out. Due to her kinesiology background, she understood my rehab needs better than I did. She and my physio exchanged messages (through me) and worked together to help my recovery. Ankle completely fine now. I hate to see her become less available as a result of my review but would short-change her and the gym for not singing her praises. The gym has a friendly vibe even if you are not one of their usual body builder or MMA patrons. It feels like an inclusive and non-judgmental place to work out no matter your age or level of ability.

I have 2 kids in jujitsu and fitness. My experience with the staff has been nothing but great. The jujitsu trainers, Stu and Paul, have been wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend Xtreme couture to anyone from ages 5 and up. You will be happy you picked Xtreme couture to train and guide you towards your goals! PS I can't say enough about this place

Scammers. Avoid this gym at all costs. The owner has another gym that just shut down called Dufferin North Athletics due to a debt exceeding that of 500 thousand. They renewed many memberships at discount fees to steal money from members knowing they would be shut down at any moment

Love this gym! After multiple surgeries and a back injury, I needed to get in shape and do it the right way. I've been working with Robbie for 4 months...the difference is amazing! I feel stronger and feel better week after week. He pushes me to points I never thought I'd hit but I do. He also puts up with my sassiness but I end up paying for it. I used to feel intimidated to go to the gym but not after going here. People are friendly and I honestly enjoy going now. I will definitely be a member for life!

The gym is awesome has great équipement, bags, cage and mats. However a few things i did not like 1. No water fountin guys are drinking from the tap in the change room or paying for water that gets expensive 2. Hygiene i have got 2 skin infections in 8 months and quit the gym all together Alot of guys doing back to back grappeling classes. Spitting out blood in the bathroom comming back on to the mats. They dont stress hygiene. 3. Instructors expecically the grappeling were awesome but for beginners alot of the people doing classes are very selfish with there knolege but to be fair i did meet some cool people. Not a supportive enviorment 4. I was training one day all alone in the gym and one of the staff told me to keep it down they are filming a movie or fight program. It was just the machines making noises. 5. Its very commercial they sell shirts, protien shakes, ufc fighter seminars, and WATER Overall its good to train by yourself but if you are looking to be a pro i would look else where

Feeling scammed: sales person sold me on a two month "trial" contract, but what I actually ended up with was a 12 month contract regardless of what I was told. Management was completely unwilling to assist and I was forced to pay for gym time I couldn't possibly use due to personal circumstances. Facilities were nice but I cannot recommend because of the underhanded sales tactics used and unhelpful management. Adding this review again as it seems to have been removed without notice.

This gym will rob you and teach you nothing...next to zero attention to new students and with many occasions when the instructors won't even show up to the class...the admin and sales team is made up of con men and strippers that never made it...theyll do everything to hustle you so be careful if you are considering joining...and keep in mind there are plenty of better gyms out there....

Love this gym. I’ve been going here for the past 2 years and it’s amazing. I originally started here because of my interest in Muay Thai/boxing/kickboxing and I was super intimidated to try something new, but the instructors were very supportive. The other people in the classes also had a big brother mentality where they would help out and offer advice because everyone has been at that beginning stage before. Xtreme also offers a ton of classes so there’s something going on that fits my schedule and mood. Personally, I like to switch up my workouts but this place has a mix of MMA (Muay Thai, kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling, etc) and a ton of the “normal” gym glasses (kettlebell, spin, circuit training, Zumba, yoga, etc) plus it also has a ton of exercise machines and a massive cardio zone. The management and staff are also friendly and I’ve never felt so welcome at a gym before, and the pricing is extremely fair considering everything you get (Jason gives a great deal!). They also have child care there that’s super cheap, so that’s beneficial if you have any little ones. Highly recommend.

THIS IS NOT THE GYM FOR YOU! I've never had a good experience at the shady used car salesmen 'let me get my manager' gyms, Xtreme is the worst of them. Sleazy place. Beyond having an advertised price then adding all sorts of clauses and extra fees to it once you walk through the door, the staff is ignorant and slimy with high pressure sales. I'm not interested in getting a follow-up from the gym, it's all lip service in attempts of trying to save face. You had your chance, twice, there is absolutely nothing you can say or do to fix this or make it better.

Scam artists. This is a great example of company which strived in 1980s when ripping people off, hiding prices and pushy sales tactics where a norm. This is a horrible gym with even more horrible business practices. Their monthly prices are over $150. Go to other gyms in the area that are 4 times cheaper with better equipment and who actually are there for their customers and not to scam hard earned money from people with false advertising and manipulative sales people.

VERY unprofessional .. The gentleman who signed me up was very clear saying that I was signing for a flexible membership that could be paused at any time. This was important as I travel often for work which can last for months. I told the front desk I was leaving for a while and to pause it. Now I have a credit company calling me very often saying rude and threatening things over a balance which they are trying to collect even though I haven't been to the gym in half a year. Very pushy and scummy

This place is full of positive energy, worth your investment! Staffs are professional and my trainer Mr. M is awesome! (he doesn`t want me to say his name) He trains people according to their genetic, body structure, heart rate, metabolism and their psychological mindset (this is important!). Based on those, he customised a proper diet and training plan. He cares about his clients like a big brother and he is like a human kinetics, who can always find the root cause of a problem. I already took a “Before picture”, and now we are working on to get an amazing “After picture”! (btw, I even made friends with people who are in the “before and after” pics! they are real,) So If you are hesitating, don`t be, give it a try, free try anyway, your life won`t regret this!

The people and instructors are nice however the gym itself can really use some update. The mats are falling apart but it just gets taped down, the plates and weights are always everywhere and disorganized and there not enough clamps for the bars so you are always walking around to find one.

This is a great equipped gym with great staff. I started my fitness journey in October 2016 and I am glad to be a member of XC. Thanks to Bobby for offering me personal training. I've never done any sports in my life and being able to train with qualified people is something you should really do if you're a beginner. I am training with Nina - she has a big knowledge and she loves her job what you can really see and that make me feel mentally comfortable during the sessions. I really enjoy the variety of exercises we do and I can already see improvements in my overall strenght. She is also very encouraging and pushes me to work hard. If there is something you want to do for yourself - go to Xtreme Couture, talk to Bobby and ask for Nina. I am so lucky to have her as my trainer.

Jerry who would assess you and help you out with what your overall goal is will take amazing care of you. Two trainers who are absolutely smart and they will never steer you in the wrong direction is Ken and Nina. Everyone who works out there let’s you work in with them if they’re using the same machine that you want to use. Overall, is place is the absolute best gym you can ever work out at, if you sign up there, you will not regret it.

I've been going to Xtreme for about seven years. I've gotten to know the staff very well, to the point that I see them as family. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable personell on site at all times keeps me there. A few years back my job location and hours changed and I was forced to find another gym. I tried several gyms from expensive to affordable but in the end there was always some component missing. Have you ever been to a car dealership? Xtreme Couture has salesmen at the front who appear to be less than credible. Have you ever seen a gym website that didn't list the bio's of it's trainers? Xtreme Couture doesn't because the employer appears to be a revolving door. I would suggest not sharing your bank or credit card information.

I don't even know where to start, I'm very disappointed with Xtreme couture. If you are considering to join this gym, please consider my review!! Do not make the same mistake I made of ignoring other peoples reviews. 2 month ago I was charged twice for my monthly membership fee, I spoke to the person who signed me up, of course she apologized and reassured me that it will be fixed. Again this month I am experiencing the same problem, where 111$ came out of my account twice in 1 month. I'm extremely frustrated, upset and at this point I lost trust in this company. Upon signing up, i paid 2 months up front , for student promo of 100$/month. I signed up only because your staff seemed genuinly nice and I had faith in this company. But this is a very bad way of doing business and a fast way to lose clients and future clients. So far I referred many of my friends, who are considering to join this gym , but I'm sorry I will not set them up to be ripped off like I was. Never again will you see me or have access to my bank account. I wish I could post my bank statements for you to see :( if you care about your money...DO Not provide your banking information if you care about your money!!!

So far I've had a great experience here. I signed up for my personal trainer nina 3 months ago and every session she pushes me as hard as I can go and always encourages me to go harder and gives me positive feedback, not to mention she's very personable. I've enjoyed it enough that when the end of my sessions rolled around that I signed signed up for another 6 months. Besides that the environment at the gym is great, everyone is friendly and the hours of operation work with my work schedule. I would recommend anyone to atleast give it a try and feel it out.

Xtreme Couture has been my gym for almost 2 years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the surpervisors/managers have been open to comments and suggestions. I am regularly joining fitness classes and am working with a personal trainer. The coaching staff is very cool and competent on the techniques and fitness, but also around other topics like nutrition - and most of all, their guidance has helped my see results and get closer to my personal fitness goals. I just extended my membership for another year.

I'm a high school student with a very busy schedule, and (previously) very little exercise experience. I've been a member for over 6 months now, and have had nothing but positive experience with the staff. Since working out for a little over 2 months with a personal trainer (who was very knowledgeable and would call to check up, say hello, etc.) I am able to confidently exercise on my own time since and continue to stay motivated. Love the warehouse/Rocky-style training facility and 1-on-1 training. Washroom could use some improvement. Maybe a water fountain or 2. Great assortment of punching bags, and passionate trainers. Muay Thai community is quite large here and welcoming. Classes are huge, depending on time of the day.

Great coaches! Lots of classes to choose from as well as gym gear, if you get bored and dont know what to work out at Xtreme its because youre lazy and lack imagination! I would say the only downside is maybe it needs a fresh paint job and cleanliness need to step up a notch! Other then that great big huge venue.

I've been coming to this place for years and seen faces come and go from here all the time. The place has a good selection of weights and machines, but what i really enjoy is there emphasis on functional training at the back of the gym. They have tires and kettlebells and even monkey bars! The mma side is spacious to train in if u are into jujitsu and boxing. Both members and staff are easy to approach and helpful if you have any questions and go beyond their mandate to make sure you are satisfied with the answers and solutions they provide. Keep up the good work.
