Pool facilities are clean and good overall, well maintained. Large but probably not 50m Olympic size. Health club is small but serviceable. Has about 12 machines in total, three free-weight pads and is about 1000-1200 sq feet in size. Definitely alot more affordable and alot less hassle than a big-box gym.

With the exception of one front dest staff, and the 'head' lifeguard, staff at this site (that i have encountered) are rude, dishonest and unprofessional. I had an awful experience here this past week where all the children from the summer camp i work at were banned from the pool but NONE of the staff could identify: which children where misbehaving; what camp staff they filed a complaint with; and none of the persons i spoke with appeared to know what exactly the children had done that led to them being banned. I don't know in what world you can reasonably ban and entire group without being able to properly explain who did what, when it was done, and who it was reported to. Thank God they are only responsible for a public pool and not our justice system... I'm sure if I were an older caucasian male, someone would have tried a little harder to investigate and communicate what had happened before issuing a ban. i'll give 2 stars because the facilities are clean and well maintained.

Surprisingly well equipped, full of pretentious moms and dads with their Starbucks, if you can deal with that... clean and well kept. Staff could be a bit more in to their jobs though. Need more family change rooms. Good kids programs.

With the exception of only one woman behind the desk who has no personality whatsoever and is taking up real estate, it's a great facility where I've brought my little daughter to swim over the years. The health club is quite costly for a city owned facility and the mens sauna was frequently out of service to no avail. But I give the place 5 stars because the majority of staff are very kind and the patrons are friendly, it's been a special place for my daughter and I and for myself in the weight room. Looking forward to returning and wondering when it's opening up again, now that we're in stage 3 effective July 31 2020.

Terrible mistake to register for Kids fitness. Just wasting your time and in weekends in morning like my kids in 9 am no choice. A couple weeks Only 1-s a weekend . Water super cold . Better private training then that wasting time many “lessons “ Noting teach one month same sheet .....

Swimming lessons are hit and miss for a good instructor — they are all kind but some are very timid / uninvolved. We had my son’s 1st birthday here with a pool and room rental — communication was an issue but the event went without an issue. The same shower in the women’s bathroom has been broken for more than 6 months and make sure you wear swim shoes in the change room cause it’s not always clean.

Lane Swim (7 y.o. and over) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:30 am to 8:25 am (Fall 2019). You can walk in and pay $4(Adult)or $2 (Youth) or purchase 10 or 20 visits punch cards ($38/$68 respectively). 3 and 6 months or 1 year passes are also available ($248 - Adults, $124 - Youth). Complex has Women, Family and Men changing rooms. Pool water has very comfortable temperature (around 22-24C). Complex has accessible washrooms, barrier free showers,mobile water chair and ramp into the pool.

Awesome warm pool for kids. Zero entry into shallow end. Lots of seats for waiting area and lots of lockers and showers. Men and women washroom plus a bonus family washroom, change table and showers!

I go for the Pilates classes. The instructor is great. The members are fun. The front desk staff are helpful and welcoming. The building is functional and clean. Parking is easy .
