The staff at the gym are great! The equipment is new, and the gym has several truly impressive machines most gyms don't have. I have known the trainers for several years now, and although my track record hasn't been perfect in regards to my fitness, that is no fault but my own. They give you all the tools you need to get fit, and they actually want to see you succeed. Their in-person training techniques are impressive, and If you are serious about getting fit, I would recommend this gym and these trainers. I have tried countless different methods and gyms, and I would highly suggest starting here with these coaches!!

There's something about the H.A.R.D. Studio culture that makes me proud to be a member/always walk through those doors. The staff are genuine and so are the members. The co-founders and manager know everyone's names by heart! Everyone is always encouraging and joking with one another. I like that you have the option to enjoy the *clean* gym facilities on your own time (24/7 with key fob), or choose from a range of bootcamp classes to attend. The classes are challenging, but they only motivate you to push yourself. The instructors don't yell at you, which is great (unlike certain places downtown) because who likes being yelled at while working out? And workouts in each bootcamp class vary so you're not stuck with the same format like many conventional gyms. Whatever the secret sauce is that makes this place worthwhile, it's working... HARD (pun intended). Bonus periods: seeing their creativity with themed promos, which means we get to see fresh faces in bootcamp - keep an eye out on their IG page of you haven't checked this place out yet. Highly recommend. P.S. Appreciate the generous amount of toiletries too. Especially emergency hair ties.

Great facility located in Mimico industrial region. While it is small in comparison to many it is more personal environment with strict COVID protocols with cleaning and sanitize aids for users and equipment. Has 2 large bay doors that helps with ventilation of facility and very well equipped for all gym needs. Loved my visit to this location, certainly will drop in again when in the area.

I was interested in joining the studio based on the facilities and programs they have indicated on their website, however its been a week, neither they have responded to my request nor they have picked up any phone call. Their whole exhibit seems to be an unpleasant experience????????

This gym is awesome if you're regular gym goer. Since the start of COVID they've limited the attendance to 8 people which is perfect for the size. And they've been using an app so people can book a time slot, so no waiting in line, and generally no overcrowding. As for the gym itself it's a nice middle! It has everything you need to achieve whatever your goal is without the feeling of potentially sacrificing your first born to pay for it, cuz it's a pretty decent price, plus its 24 hrs! Which is awesome for shift workers like me! They have everyone working out there, from the young to the elderly, from the beginners to people I'll label as "Goals", and they all seem nice. The owners are really nice guys, they don't push you to sign up for trainers or some class (which they have), but they can gear you towards something that you're comfortable with and suited to your goals. So overall, I highly recommend this gym!

Came in for a guest workout a few weeks back. Really nice facility with very friendly staff and members. It's a bit small and tight with the equipment but it does have everything you need.
