Truth Gym Gallery is an absolutely outstanding new facility that just recently opened in Vic West. As an IFBB Professional Figure Athlete and personal trainer I could not have asked for a more elite, well equipped, and inspiring location to train. Not only is this space incredible for an elite athlete but it is an extremely welcoming and accepting space for ALL levels of athletics including absolute beginners. A lot of time and thought was put into the design and concept of this gym,and it includes equipment you won't find anywhere else. There is ample (free!!) parking, plenty of bathrooms, lockers to store your gym bag, and extremely friendly and personable staff who are always happy to give you a demo on equipment, give you a spot, or just greet and encourage you to have a great workout. Feeling very fortunate that Truth has come to town. If you haven't signed up for a membership yet you best be on your way to do so now! ????????

As a young woman and a beginner, gym atmosphere is extremely important to me. I have been to many gyms across Canada and Truth is by far the most welcoming. I spent many years showing up to the gym only to leave after 10 minutes because of the atmosphere and the unwelcoming presence from many members, and I know there are other people who know exactly how this feels. For the first time, I've gone to Truth and completed my workouts without feeling intimidated. I have gone at all hours between 3 am and 11pm and not once did I feel judged. The owners are extremely approachable, welcoming, and love what they do (and it shows). It is unfortunate that the Province closed gyms right now, but I am excited to train again at Truth and see everyone!

Absolutely incredible space for serious lifters but also welcoming to new gym goers. Best gym in Victoria hands down. Now get your muscles over there for a workout.

Having been working out for a few weeks here, and everyone is way bigger and more fit than me lol, which is good motivation for me. Also has a good atmosphere if your serious about working out. The EQUIPMENT for leg day is the best I’ve ever seen, they even have a belt squat

In my opinion this is the best gym in Victoria on what I look for to make my training the best experience. Great staff, very clean, new equipment, like minded friendly jacked people and positive energy all round. The only thing I'm not obsessed with is the one type of music they play all day long (heavy metal /screamo). So I just make sure to bring my headphones.

The fact that all the negative reviews are coming from people who’ve never been shows a lot, please please please do not listen to them, this is by far the best gym in town with so much variety of machines and i’m sure those bad reviews would be deleted if they gave it a shot. 10/10, but i do wish they had 2.5 pound plates.

The gym is incredible. Victoria has needed a gym like this for so long. The vast amount of gym equipment they have beyond what a normal gym has is amazing. Staff is super friendly and nice and always willing to help. This is a premium gym. I highly recommend!

Amazing gym facility and friendly staff. If you are looking to get into great shape and be highly motivated this is the gym for you. Equipment options are limitless and 24 hour access allows you to workout outside of peak times of you desire.

The "truth" about the Truth Gym is that they are not a good neighbor to the Gateway building across the street. They installed a noisy fan on their roof directly opposite our building that now permeates the entire neighborhood. It is interfering with our sleep and our quality of life on a daily basis. There are health related dangers from this level of 24/7 sound and from the frequencies being emitted. Our property managers have reached out to them via letters and phone calls without response. They could easily remediate the noise with dampeners. For a business that is portraying itself as health centered, they have shown that they do not care about our health and well-being at all. Therefore, there is no “truth” in their being a health focused company. If I could give them no stars, I would.
