This is a old school gym. Great staff, very friendly. The best this is the centre for bodybuilding. So many big bodybuilder without an attitude. The members are very polite and welcoming. The gym has classes, cardio machines, lifting machines and free weights. free parking is included

Awesome gym, but gets really busy at certain points throughout the day, typically early evenings, so you might not be able to get on the equipment you need when you need it. But great price, 24 hours, and has all the equipment you need.

Please pay no attention to the negative reviews. First of all things have changed drastically over the last few years with new management. After moving to Victoria 7 months ago I searched day and night for a great gym with 24/7 access. The fact that BDHQ2 is available for you 24/7 separates them from most gyms in Victoria. The Gym is a community with all different types of gym enthusiasts. From young to old, bodybuilders to cardio and spin goers this gym has everything for all walks of Life. The owners take pride in the gym and spend hours improving the equipment and services they offer their members. I've been in and out of gyms across the world for over 15 years and can honestly say this is the best place I have trained. I have zero complaints about equipment, staff or cleanliness. BDHQ2 rocks!

This is the Swole Stop. The Altar of Aluminium. The Tower of Titanium. The Stage of Steel. The Crucible of Copper. The Bed of Bronze. The Island of Iron. All of the mighty-men train here. Enough space and gear to go around. Booty and biceps are in equal measure.

I go late night/very early mornings and this place is great! All the equipment you need, clean changing rooms, the regulars are friendly. They even have a large heavy bag area with multiple bags.

If you wanna workout and need all the equipment and empty gym which is actually 24 hrs this is the perfect place they got everything old school type gym. If you're too scared to get your hands dirty and want shiny weights not the gym for you.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean... No, really... Very clean. Lot of equipment for cardio and resistance. Some gyms over focus on cardio. Customers are all shapes, sizes and ages. Everyone seems to feel very comfortable and confident. Fun place to be!

We've trained at bdhq for just over a year. Love that we can go at 0500hrs before work. Although it's relatively small, there's everything you need for whatever workout you're doing that day.
