If you want to loose weight, gain strength or just get into better shape...there is no better place around. The staff is super friendly and professional. They are always willing to help, even when they are three to do a personal workout. They will stop what they are doing to help anyone. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly...like a big happy family. They offer dietplans... personal training...boot camps for any fitness level and strength training as well. Try it. You will not be disappointed!! Ask for Yanick...he will steer you in the right direction..always.

Disappointed. I ask for a meal plan and exercise routine. I received one meal plan. I waited for a week then I had to ask for the exercise routine. He told me he was busy with his gym. ( not my issue) when I voiced to a member he emailed me,was very unprofessional and rude. He offered my money back then refused. Be aware do not send money long distant. He is just too busy.

Yanick goes the extra mile. It is so nice to have a professional weight lifter watching the gym who is not too invasive. He is always available for advice. I am fortunate to have Yanick's gym in Elliot Lake!
