Great for meeting for coffee in AM . BEAN bag crowd are great and fun, all so shuffle board has a following. What we need is a phone committee to let all members know of upcoming events, I E. Dance, yard sale , pancake breakfast, ETC.

Renaissance Active Living Centre. Great programs at incredibly affordable rates. Chair Yoga is a great program to help increase your range of motion and balance. Introduction to Tai Chi could be for you! Bean Bag Baseball and Bingo are other programs available. Worthwhile checking out their website or give them a call!
