Ok, maybe more expensive than other places you might find around. But the coaches here know their crossfit, will give a lot of tips and feedback, create a fun atmosphere and the people are really friendly, the space and equipment are great. All these are priceless.

I was in MTL for work and dropped into this Crossfit gym. It is the best Crossfit gym I have been to by far. The location was very clean, the gym was stocked with awesome equipment and the best part was the atmosphere which was absolutely amazing. I wish I lived closer so I could join. I would highly recommend to anyone stopping through MTL or living there!!!
