Brand new facility. Very nice kids pool with water slide. Changing rooms are well-equipped and clean. There are also lanes for adult laps. With children, I would avoid early, mid Saturday afternoons when the kiddie pool section gets extremely crowded. Lots of people come from outside Dorval to use the facilities.

The place is perfect for organizing a children's party; with tables, chairs and place to buy juice, coffee, sandwiches and more. We can bring our own cake! The staff were very helpful and very understanding with the children who were playing loudly! I would go back! I also know that you can get a monthly pass, it's adventurous! Yes, they treat most people very well and offer great services. But their behavior with the high school students next to them is just unacceptable. I understand that they've had a few bad experiences with some teens, but because of that they treat all of us as if we were criminals. They don't even let us enter the complex (which is PUBLIC) in the morning before our gym class (that we have in their gyms). So we have to wait ten to fifteen minutes OUTSIDE for our teacher to come, even when it snows. On other days, the guards will even follow us inside to make sure that we are here to buy food from the dep'. If we don't, we have to leave. Anyways, I understand their mistrust, but they are not helping the adults/teenagers relationship and their behavior is not contributing to our growth AT ALL. If anything, it just infuriates us even more. I'm graduating soon, but I really hope that the complex will change its approach with its next-door clients and begin to treat them as humans.

Visiting from Ottawa, we were sorely disappointed. Back home we have 3 huge pools, a hot tub and steam room. Also it only costs $6.90 for a family of three. At Dorval, we paid 13.50$ for two people, mom and 4yo, (because we aren't residents) for 2 huge pools, a little splash pad area and a slide which my little one wasn't tall enough for. We found the water cold and i can't wrap my head around their "spa jets" which shoot out cold water!!! Maybe we are spoiled with the hot tub back home. The showers are the type where you can't control the temperature and you must push a button every two minutes which drove us crazy cause we wanted so desperately to warm up from the cold pool and had to push a damn button every few min! (Back home the shower is run by taps) The best things i could say was the staff is very friendly and it was very clean in the locker room (the pool side where you enter the water was a little hairy and dirty) overall, we had a terrible experience and we now appreciate our own pool at home so much more! Not impressed at all.

The staff is great. They follow their schedule for activities such as diving board on the weekends. They had an amazing beach party day last year. Highly recommend this indoor pool facility. It's not expensive and free parking. Downside is that it's busy on weekends.

Great modern pool that doesn't have too much traffic in each of the lanes reserved for laps. The opening hours are not convenient though so check before going. It could be so much better if adults waiting for their children to finish their lessons could swim or do something while they wait.

The Dorval aquatics center is relatively new, having been built/renovated within the last 5 years or so. The inside is very clean and modern, and houses the main pools (there are two: a kiddy pool and the main pool for laps and free-style), as well as a few gyms that are used for badminton, soccer, and a few other sports, all which charge very reasonable fees whether or not you're a local resident. If you're looking to burn a few calories, or whether you need lessons to brush up on some sports or hit the gym, this sports complex is really fantastic and worth looking into.

The lifeguard supervisor is very rude person. She asked me to wear a mask when I came out of the changing room. So, I says will do it in the 5 sec.( I was more than 6 ft. away from other visitors) Just have to dry my bear a little. Then she raised her voice at me, without, any respect to the elders. She say it's her place and she will kick me out if I don't put mask Right away. Ofcourse I did wear the mask. But the way she treated me is bad. Hope the others will have better experience in this pool.

The pool complex is extremely well thought out with a sizeable kiddie pool that is well separated from the common-use pool. The addition of a gradual shallow entry, splash park accessories and 2-story tube slide to the kiddie pool is a nice touch. I think Dorval residents are extremely fortunate to have this aquatic center. ????

The locker rooms and showers are great and family-friendly. The pool is nice for children with a graduating deepness as you walk in. Tons of pool toys and flotation devices. The slide is pretty cool but I just wish the height requirement was a little lower than what they have it at now. I'm sure it is a reasonable height for others though. The bigger pool could be a little warmer but, the kiddie pool is fine.

Lady at the desk very helpful! Exercise gym clean with up to date equipment and friendly knowledgeable young man at the desk. Locker room was rather messy from the kids using the gym, coats and bags strewn around. Otherwise a terrific center!
