I met Vanessa when she did a school fundraiser for my son's school, that was almost a year ago now. She is the most genuine, upbeat and all around amazing person I've ever met. She makes you feel so welcome and capable in her classes. She motivates and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I highly recommend her for your fitness journey. She will even make a tailored fitness plan just for you with exercises you can do from home.

I've never been so motivated to come to a fitness class! Vanessa is so warm and welcoming and very patient when explaining how to perform the exercises. The atmosphere is fun and encouraging. The Monday evening class is also perfect timing for moms of little ones, just after bedtime.

Vanessa's classes are awesome! I really love how each class is always something new. Classes are good for all fitness levels as she does modifications for pretty much everything. I haven't done her Wednesdy AM class yet because I work, but I would absolutely love to since it has childcare at $1 a child. Any Mama would love to take advantage of that. Not only that but the people on her classes are a bunch of supportive women. I would highly recommend checking it out.
