For a small location in a relatively small town, this leisure center is quite packed with stuff. There's an ice rink, two swimming pools, multiple exercise rooms and a sauna. It's a great place to take your family for some physical activities

Now they make the 1 and only shower available only when the swimming session starts and close it down at the end before you can use it at the end of the hour long session. Sounds like swimmers' comfort isn't a priority but pool chemistry sure is. That's quite unhelpful!

This is an excellent location for Pokemon trainers playing Pokemon GO. There are 4 Pokestops in a circle so you can walk around from one to the next and by the time you've finished the circuit the first stop is refreshed again! Plus, there are a couple of Gyms nearby for added excitement!

Luv this rec center. The jets in the Jacuzzi are mombo powerful. Very Clean. Like they have a steam room as well as a dry sauna. Great atmosphere.

This is pricey for a family of 5 as they charge admission per person - ends up being about $20. However it's always quiet and there's a large shallow area for toddlers.

They charge way too much for locals . Say I want to hit the gym for like 45 minutes before work. it's going to cost me like seven bucks. I think they should lower it for ladner taxpayers. This should be a public gym for the public to use. It's ran by the city

5 stars for facility. Pool is great, changing rooms are fine. Would be nice to have soap dispensers in shower but Im not mad there weren't. 1 star for the lady at the front who looks like she would rather be anywhere else in the entire world and treats everyone like an inconvenience Great place to take kids. If you want a bigger pool try Watermania just across the tunnel

The Lad we Leisure Center is always a great family fun spot for me. Friendly staff, ample amenities and a reasonable price. The pools are decent and never really too crowded. Yes there is lessons in the kiddie pool during the evening but nothing to get too fussed about. They also have a salt water pool, easing the Chlorine exposure. The ice rink is good fun as well. I haven’t used the gym facilities but it always seems to have people in and out. Sungod Physio is located in the complex as well. Have had some excellent treatment in there.

Great pool. Very clean. Change rooms well maintained. Lifeguards are awesome. However, reception staff are cold and unfriendly, almost rude. These ladies seem to hate their jobs. Dissappounting customer care for such a nice facility.

The pool is smallish, more for bringing your kids than for seriously working out or doing laps. Sauna and hot tub are decent. The gym setup is great, and it's never too crowded! Lockers are $1.

Great pool, great hot tub. The life guards are amazing and always interacting with the kids. My daughter went “missing “ and they cleared the pool within seconds and did a lock down and followed all protocol to make sure she was found safely. The programs such as cycle fit and aqua fit are great! They have many fun days where they will serve popcorn and play games . Annoying how some of the front counter staff make a HUGE deal when you forget your card... but I’m grateful for the ones who don’t. The gym is huge and equipment is well maintained .. the coffee shop is just okay.. the woman who owns it has zero costumer service skills but the rest of the staff is great.

Nice place for a relaxing swim. Come alone or bring your kids. It has a nice, large atmosphere. A regular swimming pool with lanes, a children's pool, some hot tubs, and some other stuff for you to figure out.

Gym is well equipped with helpful staff. You can stash your gear in a locker then open it to change without loosing your loonie. Not too places give your locker money back. Pool is 25 m and very clean. There is always 2 lanes and sometimes 3 for lane swimming. I love the big hot tub after. Haven't tried the classes but for one admission you get those along with gym and swim. Great!

I have been swimming at Ladner for over 4 years now on a weekly basis and I am so impressed with the cleanliness of the pool, friendly staff and wonderful facilities....I am so lost when they clean the pool at the end of June!! Thanks so much for a great community centre

Very nice facility. However, the last three times we were there, a child dedicated and they had to shut down to clean it up. Honestly, one experience was plenty and the rules say, small children should be diapered! What the heck is wrong with parents who either think there toddler is exempt from this or just refuse to follow the rules. Disgusting! Although staff handled it well, there is no excuse for this. Better observation on their part would be appreciated. Of course, everyone, including the young offender, moved to the swirl pool. We left!

Bought a. Month pass right before getting an injury. They werent able to reburst it due to there system. Or maybe im in my 20s not 30s. Complete horseshit. Wont be returing. Been my regular gym for a while.

Bureaucracy at it's finest! When I normally go swimming I pay the entrance fee and that's it. But not here: ID, date of birth, address in Vancouver, home address, phone number, name and phone number of my relative....at that point I gave up. If you go there take your birth certificate, your certificate of marriage, names and dates of your kids, your parents and other siblings, bank account number, credit card number, tax number, health certificate not older than 3 months.... I am sure I forgot something. Enjoy the swim!
