It is hard to put into words my full appreciation for Jameson, his work and how he has positively affected my life. My outlook on fitness, nutrition and overall quality of life has drastically improved since meeting him. I came to Jameson after multiple failed attempts with “fad diets” and workout plans that were not maintainable for my lifestyle. Jameson helped me find a balance between my fitness goals, family obligations, and my career. Before I started training with Jameson, I was not confident in the gym at all. I would rarely build up the courage to venture into the weights section. However, after just a few training sessions (and a solid pep talk), I started to feel more confident walking into the gym and eventually, it felt natural being there. Jameson provided me with an individualized, easy to follow workout and nutrition plan, coached me through the proper form and provided education in plain language that I could understand. After working with Jameson for just a few weeks, I had already noticed a huge change in my body composition, my posture, strength and confidence in the gym. One my favourite things about his training style is that he provides education about the science behind his plans and why they show such great results. Jameson is without a doubt, one of the most passionate people I have ever met. Not only is he an amazing trainer, but is an all-around stand-up guy. It is very clear that he was not only invested in my physical health goals, but my mental health as well. This is just one of the reasons why Jameson stands out to me: he taught me that our emotional health always aligns with our physical health. One day before our session, I was overworked at a very stressful job and it was starting to show both physically and mentally. After our workout, he sat me down and told me he could tell that something was wrong and took the time to talk to me to understand what I was going through. That is how much Jameson cares about his clients. Admittedly, I was a bit nervous going into my first coaching consult because I didn’t really know what to expect, as I had never worked with a trainer before; but from the moment Jameson introduced himself and showed me around, I felt extremely comfortable opening up about my goals in and out of the gym without any fear of judgement. Jameson has celebrated every improvement, talked me through every hiccup, and supported my goals every step of the way. We had great talks, shared personal stories during our training sessions and have laughed through many of them. He keeps me motivated while also continuing to challenge me. I would 100% recommend Jameson to anyone who wants a dedicated, honest, and reliable trainer to help reach their goals!

Highly recommend going to see Jameson if you want a trainer who is VERY knowledgable and tailors a training plan to your personal goals and body type. Jameson is very personable, fun to be around, and truly cared about my results (sometimes even more than I did!), which some trainers out in the marketplace don’t do. Jameson has been super professional and personable in all our training sessions. His training system is very precise and scientific. In 2 years I gained 18lbs of muscle with his help. My fitness journey with Jameson began a year and a half ago when I was looking into learning how to weight train. As someone who had never been athletic or into lifting, I wanted a trainer who is personable and would motivate me to make fitness part of my lifestyle. I began training with Jameson once a week, and loved my sessions with him. He not only made sure that I learned proper form, but also worked on tracking my nutrition and measurements so that I could see my progress. I was recommended to Jameson by a friend when I was in high school 8+ years ago. I was playing high level hockey at the time and the training I was getting wasn’t cutting it. I was constantly hitting plateaus and getting injured from lifting as I didn’t have the understanding of my body that I now do. His assessments are very thorough, testing ROM among other tests to see where you are at physically as well as a nutrition logs to fit a nutrition plan based on what you like. He is the complete package and worth every penny. What he has taught me has stuck with me forever and I’m very grateful for that.

Jamie truly is one of a kind. As someone who had never lifted weights before, he made me feel so comfortable. I trained with him for 3 months, beginning with lighter/minimal weights and progressing to squatting 80 pounds at the end of the 3 months. My first training session with Jameson was February 13, 2015. Over the course of the past five years, almost everything in my life has changed and Jameson has been there for me- cheering me on, challenging me, and teaching me.
