You people need to stop getting into my account. I talked to you months ago that you need to put the account on hold as I will not be in the city for sometime. You'll need to refund all the money that you keep on getting from my account. You never pick the phones when we call or even return our calls when we leave a voicemail. You don't respond to the emails, sincerely what kind of service is this. I have also accumulated a few bank charges due to this and I think I no longer need you to put my account on hold but I need this cancelled entirely.

Cave does an amazing job. They sanitize all equipment often, have sanitizing bottles everywhere throughout the gym, and do a great job checking temperatures and sign-ins. I like this gym because not only is it 24 hours (except fridays and saturdays nights), but the gym is rarely at full capacity. I love that no "sign-ups" are needed before arrival They recently got new equipment as well which is a bonus. If you are looking for a good gym where you do not need to wait for machines/equipment, want friendly staff and do not want to deal with "signing up" for a workout session, Cave is the gym for you.

One of the best gyms out there in the North Delta/Surrey area!! Membership is relatively cheap compared to the other gyms in the area, I mean for 35$/month and 24hr access, how could you say no? The equipment is pristine and with many areas dedicated to a bunch of fitness related activities: weightlifting, spin, yoga, boxing, functional training, etc. However, as a powerlifter, they lack a standalone bench press which makes training for the lift itself tedious and annoying. The only way to do so would be with a makeshift bench press involving the squat rack and a bench from the dumbbell area. Unfortunately, this detail was enough to push me away and opt for a gym that matched my needs. Either way, this is a fantastic gym and am glad to have taken the time to check it out!

I have been there for registration..there is one lady was in the office ...she was looking Facebook n clicking pictures ..not interested to helped me ..I said I came for registration ...she said ..I am going to finish my shift in 15 minutes.. she was not ready To help me ...... she said somebody will come after 15 minutes n will help u ..her speech was not clear I asked u so many times then she replied.. name was REAHA something.. the staff should b not like this ...she was just doing something strange . I really upset from her.. then I wait there for somebody will come n help me ..one of guy came his name is DIPESH .. he came n helped me a lot,,,he did my registration ,very nice guy...helped me a lot appreciate ???????????? thank u

I have been a member at cave athletics for the past two years and I cannot find a more accommodating gym at these prices. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and already have a few friends who workout here. It’s a great delta community feel. The trainers are very encouraging and go out of their way to show the correct methods for using equipment. Amidst the COVID-19 scare I have never seen the management of another fitness facility put up such great efforts to make their members feel safe. Kudos to the management and staff for keeping the place so clean. The Staff is actually seen wiping equipment every 45 mins. Keep up the good work guys.

Great ambience. The equippment is upto mark. They give personal training sessions too. Guide about diet too. I have certain physical limitations so my sessions are planned well according to these. Would recommend it highly.

Open 24/7. Drop in fee is about 10$ which is not bad. It's a very small gym and the cardio rooms could get overcrowded. When I went they were mostly playing Indian music which I thought was not good despite me being Indian myself. They need more some medicine balls and skipping ropes. though it has a boxing bag, which is a plus point for a lot of people. The staff was nice and flexible. COVID Update: change rooms and water fountains are shut off for safety.

The facility is super clean. They deep clean the facility every night. This is unseen in any other fitness facility. All the COVID protocols are followed at their best and the staff ensures that patrons feel welcome and safe while using the facility. They get brand new equipment every few months. Everything you need can be found under this facility. Prices are worth it and it is a good long term investment.

When I joined this gym because It was open 24 hours, on this condition I took its membership. Later on due to covid they made some adjustments, completely understandable but now they are open 24 hours for 5 days but not on Saturday Sunday. This is so weird, if they can keep it open 24 hours for 5 days then why not Saturday Sunday as well, it completely ruined my schedule. I won't recommend this guys, they can change terms and conditions anytime without solid reasons so keep it mind if they can violate the condition of 24 hours open then.they can change any condition, this gym completely lost its CREDIBILITY in this sense. I won't name a gym which is bigger than cave athletics, it hardly takes maximum of 6 to 8 hours to do deep cleaning but you guys are taking 16 hours to deep clean after covid. Infact it is only covid excuse to keep shutting it for 2 nights absolutely in conflict with the promise to keep it open for 24/7 when I joined it.

Since I moved back from Alberta, I thought I would give Cave a chance since I was not satisfied with the other gyms in the vicinity. It's been over two years and I'm still here. The convenience of having a gym that is open 24 hours is great for individuals who work shift work. The staff are incredibly helpful if you have any questions or need assistance with workouts etc, thanks Sapna and Rhea. The equipment is well laid out, there is something for everyone. The gym itself is kept well; tidy and clean. I dont believe I've ever been to a gym where majority of the equipment is actually put away by members. If you need a new gym, this is the place to go 100%!

I tried to reach them by e-mail. No response. This place doesn't care about new clients and seems to not care about business. Sorry but I'd better to go and find another gym. I enjoy my workout time at this gym. The enjoy listening to the music when I workout and it pumps me up. The staff are very helpful and it’s the cleanest gym I have ever been to and I have few other gyms in this area. This gym has two separate boxing areas, one for Classes and one open to general public. It has huge tires to flip and the torque tank is awesome. So much variety!!! The trainers at the facility are very Motivating. The owner is very kind, enthusiastic and supportive. The prices are very reasonable ❤️❤️. I really enjoy the environment!!! I recommend all my family and friends to this gym. I just heard they are bringing in more equipment! I am always looking forward to my Workouts here.

Worst customer service I’ve got from this place . I canceled my membership in November and they charged me in January again for no reason and when I called them they said it’s their software from New Zealand that’s charging random people but they will return my money back in 3-4 business days and now it’s been almost 3weeks I haven’t got my money back. I have been trying to reach them but every time I call them, they ask for more time and takes my information and asks me to wait for their call. They don’t bother to call back and I’d suggest not to go to this place as it’s a scam of getting money from accounts for no reason.

Been a member for almost two years now and I train at a dozen different gyms across Greater Vancouver but this is the one I call home base. It has the friendliest staff, the equipment and gym is always clean and perpetually in a good state of repair, with new equipment showing up almost monthly. I especially enjoy the dedicated boxing room that has four heavy bags and instruction for those needing it. With the gym being open 24/7 you can train at any hour so there are no excuses!

This gym is excellent in cleanliness. It has very new machines and are kept up to date with new technology. Staff keeps all equipment nice and tidy. The staff members are very helpful and they are always ready to answer your questions. One of the staff members named Simran helped me today with the correct method of using one the machines and was very encouraging about keeping my fitness routine. I’m new to the gym environment but this facility made me feel very comfortable. I got a chance to meet the owner of the facility, she is passionate about fitness and really cares for the facilities clients and their mental and physical health. There is lots of parking and it’s a good size facility. Help is always available in the office.

Make sure you don't go to this Cave Athletics Inc. They renew your annual membership without letting you know. When you tried to cancel, they don't answer their emails. When you call them, they can't resolve your issues. The lady on the phone is super rude and blunt. There is absolutely no customer service at all and they continue to charge you through COVID19. We are trying to get a refund even though we sent in the cancellation notice email, and they still have not gotten back to us after 5 emails and 4 phone calls. There were no one on site to talk to before COVID 19 period. They continue to charge your credit card without consensuses. DO NOT GO THERE~!

Best Gym in North Delta. I have been a member here for 2 months after being a member at another large BC chain gym ... and let me say this place is no BS. No conctract option, clean, new equipment. The hours are amaing of course (24 hours). The place is clean, the equipment is fantastic for lifters and cardio lovers. I usually go to the gym around 8-9 am or 7-8pm and the gym is never too crowded. I wish they had a hip abduction machine though. This gym should be WAY busier!

Great gym with great people and staff! Clean facility and lots of nice equipment. Would be a 5 star, but the music in this place is incredibly loud and obnoxious. Louder than most bars. I have my earbuds at max volume and can still hear their music playing through their speakers loud and clear. Turn the volume down please!!

I would like to take the time to recognize staff members Ravi Kumar and Sapna Dhillon for making Cave Athletics the best gym in North Delta. Cave Athletics is one of the top 3 gyms in North Delta for a reason. Both Ravi and Sapna are huge assets to Cave Athletics. Not only are they professional but they both go out of their way to help other achieve their workout goals. Ravi always makes sure that people are being signed in properly, is always cleaning and putting the equipment away at the right location. What I would like to thank him the most is for helping us with our workout. Ravi with his coaching and training experience makes sure that we are working out efficiently and properly. Same can be said about Sapna. She is always answering questions and makes the overall experience coming to the gym is a pleasant one. I putted my card in hold for 3 months In2017.As I was outof town, and when I checked my account they have chaarged me 62 bucks plus 11:50. When I called them they said we have charged you less. I was like my card was on hold. They were like the System charge you.

Excellent latest equipment , neat & clean environment. Friendly Staff & trainers are very helpful & enthusiastic. Great facility with the nicest, most helpful staff. Has all the right equipment regardless of how advanced you are with your training. Since it is a 24-hr facility, I no longer need to worry about how late I can train. Also has open space to stretch and do some high intensity interval training without weights if needed. Best gym in the Surrey/Delta area, and I've trained at most of them over the past 18 yrs.

I've been a member at this gym for almost 3 years, and the facilities are exceptional! The environment is super open and welcoming to new members and those wanting to start going to the gym. The owners go above and beyond to serve their clients, and it really does feel like a community!

my encounter : Inquired about membership in the office. A lady comes to explain and keeps speaking in her mouth. Worst staff interaction at any customer oriented business . Throws contract on table after speaking few words again and again. Cancelling the membership without any term costs $55 and forced 4 weeks that each customer has to pay. Open space but few treadmills that are always busy. I hope this helps those who are looking to opt.

Some of the equipment cannot be found in other local gyms. Includes crossfit, boxing, powerlifting equipment all under one roof! The customer service is great! The facility is well maintained. Best Gym in Delta!!
