Worst Shopping Experience that I've ever had shopping for Dress Jeans. I already hate Shopping so wanted to pick up at least a dozen pair of Jeans. After finding only 4 pairs without any help, I'm told I have to pay and be out in 10 minutes. At the Cash Register there's no Honoring their $15 Coupon Issued earlier that Day and the Cashier kept it. I decided that I would not purchase; I'd rather drive to Grand Prairie and go to the Mark's store there for late night Christmas Shopping, absolutely never to return to this Mark's Store again. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

It's pretty impressive to go anywhere selling shoes and spend half an hour browsing and trying them on without any employee even attempting to offer help. It's okay though, I didn't feel personally snubbed because by the time I left five other people were also being completely ignored while the staff hung around chatting. Selection was adequate.

Just so people are aware, as they do NOT tell you on the website; make sure you have double the amount of your purchase in your account if you use a debit credit card. They take the whole amount immediately and hold it, they bill AGAIN for EACH item SEPERATLY as they ship the items. EVENTUALLY you should get a refund. IE, ordered Nov 27, refund MAY happen Dec 9, no I have not received any of my items yet, as their shipping is at least a week behind the advertised dates.

Never have any clothes to fit me, staff is friendly, but rarely ever ask if you need assistance, have to chase them down for help, then usually have no idea how to help.

Mark's is a decent store they usually have the stuff I'm looking for. If you need help, it's often a challenge to get it because the staff tend to stay around the cash register area. That said, staff are always friendly and helpful, even if you have to find them. I've been in this town since Mark's was opened and I don't recall staff asking me if I needed help. The store is always clean and well maintained. Just got a really good deal on some new boots. Don't forget to use your Canadian Tire points card (Triangle Rewards) when you buy something. They have always been really good about returns and exchanges. Overall a good store, even if you don't get much care and attention from staff while you're looking for things.
