People are friendly staff n customers. The Fees for a membership are way too much, majorityof equip is pretty old. There was 4 maybe 5 different cardio machines OUT OF SERVICE. For me to give a 5 especially for the rates the old building needs a facelift n some new equip. My membership at hone is 20+ a month less and way more equipment n all much newer.

Nice enough gym,. equipment is not the newest, but it is very good quality. Pretty laidback atmosphere, staff are friendly. Not hugely expensive membership either

Can’t ask for anything more from a Gym. Casual family like atmosphere. Good solid equipment. Lots of room and very open space. The dry sauna is a perfect ending to any work out. I’ve been going to this gym for 8 years now, have tried the others but drive out of my way to attend this gym. Biggest bonus is the free childcare given by people whom I trust with my daughter.

Super awesome thank-you to all the people who works in the gym there all super nice and ecomidating and they keep the place really clean and up kept and I got to say all the girls that work there are really pretty to so if you're interested in trying out one of DC gyms for a a couple hours id recemend that one best gym in town !!!! ????????????????????

Very friendly place with lots of different programs. Although the exercise equipment not new they are well maintained, it reflects in the monthly fee as well. I'd highly recommend it, with the sauna and one of the best tanning in town.

It's refreshing feeling like the world is normal again. The staff are friendly. You don't see the normal juiced out goons you might see at other gyms here. The facility is always clean. Great value for a pay as you go gym. They have also recently added a pub next door if you are looking to skip your workout!

The atmosphere is good . They have saunas and towels are free. Water in nestle bottles are free. And first visit is free. A bit old equipment. But the energy staff just 5+ can't explain why ...
