Great place to lift some big weight. Or Cardio, yoga mats etc. The owner, Dawson Ramsey is a great guy. He can be seen maintaining his own gyms, cleaning, chatting with his clients and just being a great motivational presence overall. Lots of different equipment and a fair monthly rate. Lots of space.

It's my kinda of gym environment. I work long hours during my week but they made it work to get me a pass and payment, paperwork. The other gym goers are all focused and train. There isn't any showing off or messing around. Makes for a good workout every time.

This gym is so incredible. The owners really care about this place and are constantly adding new equipment, it’s spotless and modern. They offer free walk-ins every Friday. Also a mth membership is very reasonable. Can’t say enough about this place, I love it
