We offer you all the feddbacks of real people like you who consume the services of GoodLife Fitness Saskatoon Preston Crossing (Gym) in the area of Cumberland House (Canada).
At the moment this business receives a rating of 4 stars over 5 and that score was based on 106 reviews.
You may have noticed that it has an average rating is really high, and it is founded on a high number of reviews, so we may say that the evaluation is very reliable. If people have bothered to value when they've done well with the business, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to set feddbacks when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Gym corresponds to the category of Gym.
Great staff, clean and positive atmosphere
????
I do enjoy this GoodLife's location, however there is a lot to be desired out of this gym. The space is quite limited, and as such there are very few squat racks and bench press benches. I feel like the addition of The offices next to the squat racks removed some much needed space, especially considering I've never seen them in use. Facilities are good, however, but this location is far too small for the amount of clients it gets.
I was looking for a good gym to invest into..but based on the reviews on here. there is more "CONS" than pros. and I am not one to idly sit buy if someone mess with my money. I'll sue so to avoid it all...I'll look else where. seems like you'll need to get you'll act together.
Awesome gymnasium with great staff.
On the whole this is a good gym but I am disgusted by the lack of cleanliness when on the stretching mats. There's hair and dust everywhere. Towels are also disgusting - literally yellow colored and stained when they are supposedly fresh and clean! Disappointed because it's a service we are paying for!!
This is a really new gym in Preston Crossing. Decor and machines are up to date. Large change rooms and lockers. Massage chairs are really nice after a workout. The only issue is the design of the building. It is two floors and it is awkward setup. People on the top floor can see everyone on machines working below. I felt the space could have been better utilized. Also if you have difficulty with stairs, you will have to walk up and down them at least twice.
Great facility. Loved the equipments here.
Awesome. Best gym in the city.
Great gym
Love working out here. Great fitness trainers and programs. A bit pricey.
Staff is way too pushy for their program and everything its harrassing
Charged me membership fees on a frozen membershipwhen I cancelled, they unfreeze the account then charge me again for my membership, called the helpline thinking they must have made a mistake. but nope, they just force you to pay.
I am here four times a week and really enjoy the environment. Great layout and amount of equipment. Very clean facility with friendly helpful and encouraging staff. Home away from home.
Clean gym with a unique style. Multi floor and great for multi fitness levels.
Fun new gym in Saskatoon. Never the most affordable gym, the higher cost does keep out a lot of riff raff. Most people here are upstanding and have jobs and appreciate the atmosphere. There do seem to be a few of the guys that take 'extra vitamins' and think they own the gym but not many which is nice. Way better than the competing gyms. I have noticed no talk about illegal substances here and noticed nothing that seems like there is. Which is the way it should be but their main competing gym in Saskatoon (No names mentioned) is very bad for this and it ruins the atmosphere. This is a safe and clean gym. If I had any issues, it is the push towards paying for a trainer. Training costs are super high and their qualifications do not match the price. Be prepared to get hit with a push for this when you sign up. Equipment is new, they did not utilize the upstairs properly. When doing an hour of boring cardio be prepared to stare at a wall. A very boring wall. Cardio should have been upstairs overlooking the gym or at least with more access to the few windows there are.
Why is not 24 hours
Friendly staff, equipment usually available outside of peak hours. Showers are working, equipped with shampoo and conditioner, just bring your towel!
Very well maintained gym in a newly developed area of Saskatoon. Very close to the university welcoming lots of students. The group classes are challenging and will definitely get you in shape. Front desk staff is always pleasant when checking in and can answer any questions. Definitely would recommend.
Great club with fantastic instructors! Check out RPM on Tuesdays at 5:30.
My preferred gym
This is the first gym that I have been to and it is quite nice! The people who work there are super nice and there is so much room everywhere to try new things.
I became a member of this new club since it started in Oct 2017... it's an excellent facility with most modern and up to date equipment and most friendly and well trained staff...who are always welcoming and most eager to help you and guide you... well done
Went there for a tour. Was not welcomed. And the information provided was insufficient. I can find more info on website. Looked like the staff was not interested in letting me in. Thanks I saved myself. Read other user reviews and save yourself.
I would say here is the best gym ever! Even GoodLife brand has another location in Saskatoon, that one is not the same as this one shown. 1. Newer equipments in this gym 2. Better location for trainers to go and park, also after training you can shop and dine around 3. Better coaches stay here 4. Better building than other gym pick from mall or somewhere else I am one of the members in this comfortable place to build up my body
Love this gym. The classes here are awesome and the only thing I do because of the upbeat music and good instructors which motivates me to work hard. They have a room for spin class, a group fitness room for other classes with yoga mats in it. There is a yoga room which does hot yogas for those who pay an extra $20 a month on top of the $40 regular charge. There is also a free sauna, regular gym facilities with weights and machines and massage chairs which are free. There are also 2 locations in saskatoon that your pass will work at.
The staff there are amazing!
Professional
Nice enough gym but sketchy business practices. Based on the negative reports of others, I was hesitant to give them my banking info. Instead, I prepaid for a one year membership. The staff then proceeded to repeatedly call me and pester me in the gym for my banking information. When I refused to provide this information to them (why would they need it when I prepaid?) they changed their approach and claimed they undercharged me for my membership and I would have to pay another $50 if I wanted to stay at the gym. They claimed that the discount I received on my membership was only available to people who pay monthly and provide banking info. That they charge more to people who pay up-front speak volumes of their true motivations. While I suspect that the "underpriced" membership they sold me was their problem and I was legally entitled to stay for the duration of the contract, I jumped at the opportunity to cancel my membership with these clowns. Thanks for the gym bag and free work-outs!
I had a free 2 week trial. I last went to the gym February 1 and ended up loosing my keys in the gym. Shortly after running errands and realizing i lost my keys i called the gym and they told me they had not found my keys. had to replace my work and house keys. Fast forward over a month i get a call from you guys asking if i plan on picking up my keys. went to pick them up today at 530pm. told the blonde chick at the front the story and she rudely says we didn't bother calling you cause your membership was cancelled... the keys had the goodlife fob on it.. she needs an attitude check. i asked for my keys not some attitude

Great gym! New equipment and awesome atmosphere. The manager Tyler was was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend!
Expensive
Nice gym, lots of equipment, bright space, friendly staff. Towels are like sandpaper and the soap in the showers is always empty. Lots of trainers on the gym floor during busy hours.
Great gym! Enjoy the classes, instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. Facility is well equipped and clean.
I love GoodLife at Preston Crossing! The trainers and the staff are there to coach you and guide you every step of your fitness journey. If you prefer working out alone, they’re always smiling and greeting you while you’re there. It’s such an inspiring atmosphere, everybody is there to make real, positive changes in their lives. Everyone there, from the front desk staff, to the personal trainers and their clients, to the managers and all the other members working out are truly there so they can live their good life, a GREAT life! GoodLife at Preston Crossing is THE gym where amazing, positive changes happen. I’ve been to other gyms that just put me through the motion of working out, mindlessly exercising without getting the results I wanted. And so many other gyms still lump all their clients into one and put them through a universal, one-size-fits-all workout that wasn’t at all what I wanted. My trainer at Preston GoodLife took me through an assessment, asked me lots of questions and made a program that’s right for ME and I’m getting the results I’ve always dreamed of. It’s such a great feeling to know that I’ve got a coach there to ensure that I’m doing what is right for my body and my goals. Thank you Preston Crossing GoodLife!!
Dopest gym in Saskatoon. Latest equipments with very nice staffs. They've got saunas, tanning rooms, massaging chairs, professional and good instructors, fascial mobility administrators etc. Lest i forget, and tons of very good excercise equipments.
I love it! I have a fantastic trainer and the staff are like family!
Always nice and clean. Lots of equipment and never too busy. Havent had to wait on equipment yet.
Amazing place, welcoming staff, nice equipment and fitness rooms!
My girlfriend has been repeatedly harassed here. When brought to to management they told her there is nothing they can do about it. They suggested the man harassing her should go to a different gym and when he said no they just said oh ok. The company GoodLife is trash and cares more about collecting this guys membership dues than they care about peoples basic right to safety. What a disgusting organization.
It was good when it first opened. Now they dont care to clean the area where your shoes go. And the dudes. Working there play on their phones instead of cleaning anything. Meh
Their squat machine is unique and helps me do squats. Good work out equipment in general. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Parking does get a bit busy during peak hours though.
great place, great equipment
Best gym in town!
Do NOT get personal training here or even sign up. Yes it’s a nice gym. Yes the staff are great. But it’s the most unorganized place in saskatoon and as a company altogether. The fitness manager is never ever around. I’ve needed to call them 3 times in the past and every single time they have been gone. If you want to cancel or freeze your accounts they make it damn near impossible. I tried to cancel after my trainer left because I didn’t want any other trainers.. they said it would cost a ridiculous amount of money to buy out. If your chosen trainer leaves, you should be able to cancel for free! I left the country on a vacation and asked that they freeze my account t for 2 months. Before I left I made them go on the computer and triple check that it was frozen. Well to my surprise while I’m 8000km away on a different continent, they take out 2 payments (personal training payments too so it is NOT cheap) and now I can’t pay my rent. Of course when I call to complain and demand a refund so I can pay my rent, the fitness manager is away as usual. This place is a nightmare and I’ll be saving every dime I have to buy out my contract and never come back to a GoodLife fitness.
good gym very exercise
Best Gym ever
Website cancelation for memberships is ineffective and in my opinion I should be reimbursed all of the money they continued to withdraw from my account. A membership at goodlife is like one of those free trials at a shady online casino you should be scared to put your credit card info into.
If you are going to cancel your membership, make sure you see it happen with your own eyes! Even then, I wouldn't be surprised if they bleed you dry for a bit longer....
Great facility. Fantastic group classes. Very clean and welcoming.
Nice enough gym but the customer service is terrible and please do not trust them with your banking information! I put my account on a freeze at the start of covid, I was going to cancel my membership but the employee I talked to assured me that I would receive an email asking if I wanted to return before my account was charged. Fast forward to last week and my bank account is charged without my consent. I tried getting a refund since they did not send me any email, turns out they "don't have my email on file" so the employee I talked to previously must not have entered it properly. Despite this I still want a refund since this was an error on their part, and am told I will be contacted by someone from upper management, which never happened. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience, and not at all impressed with their shady business practices. Edit in response to the owner's reply: I was told I would be contacted later that day with an update, 2 days later and I still have not received any communication from them. Also, not adding my email to my file is an error, as it is your employees job to update client files. Providing me with a refund would be the honest thing to do, what any good business would do, not a "courtesy".
Awesome
There are a million other gyms in the city that are more deserving of your money. Very unhelpful staff and shady business practices.
Great gym, friendly staff, new equipment, clean gym. Only issue is they need a steam room instead of a a dry sauna.
Absolutely horrible! Can never speak to a manager because they are always in meetings, too busy to talk, and never call you back when they say they will. They stole hundreds of dollars from my account. When I confronted them about it they said they would fix it, but then two weeks later they stole more money from me. And I wasn’t even a member of their gym anymore. They lied to me multiple times and never solved anything that they said they would.
My favorite GoodLife. Its clean, the equipment is in good condition, and they have everything I want in a gym. Ive been to multiple GoodLifes from Montreal to Victoria, and this is the best one in my opinion
