This Gym belongs to the category of Gym.
Great layout. Lots of machines. Lots of fun classes
Best commercial gym I have been to in a decade. Was in navy so been to gyms all over the world.
Friendly staff (except for one of the trainers who was out of line with a comment), great equipment and space!
Now this is what I call a gym!!
Very nice gym. Large enough and equipments were great.
This gym was great in the beginning but china changed all that. Since covid 19 has hit the hrs are not the same. I got a membership on the sole reason it was 24 hrs. I'll be canceling this week unless the hrs change.
Great gym, clean, good staff and new equipment
Clean, friendly. Great people.
Customer service not so great. Better options for less $$.
Decent sushi experience in the popular Yaletown area. Comfortable dining atmosphere but the noisey type, not for quiet conversations.
Good, large, modern facility for basic workouts. Lots of power racks, which is a good thing, plus many machines. Also has aqua massage beds, cycling studio, fitness studio, decent shower facilities. What's missing would be a more modern functional fitness area with things like wall ball, ropes, tire flips, rings, but you can't have everything. No gym chain anywhere will invest in a proper set of olympic lifting equipment so that would be asking too much.
I really enjoy going to this gym! Very friendly staff. Day care for my child and free classes with membership! Steam room and Sauna in the locker rooms and Hydro message chairs! Lots of machines so there's very little waiting time to use the machine you need! The one thing I have noticed going every morning is when the personal trainers are training or they're working out themselves they seem to forget to wipe down the equipment. Which makes me wonder what the policy is regarding this. But they have plenty of paper towel and spray bottles on every pole and even stands all over so its not like there isn't anything to wipe the equipment down with. Over all I still love the gym but wish they would crack down on the personal trainers to wipe stuff down regardless if your sweating or not.
Great gym, however no parking ever
Really like this place, clean, spacious, plenty of equipment, and the staff and personal trainers are really friendly. Plenty of sanitary wipes and paper towel, and there always seems to be staff on the floor cleaning.
well equipped but I must say…staff here are real lazy! always running out of paper napkins and sanitizers and they don’t seem to refill for hours!
I honestly wish you could give zero stars! I was lied to by this location forcing me to cancel my membership when I moved to a different city. The “member experience center” is a joke. Not helpful at all. I’ve never had a company be so disrespectful before. Will never use this gym again.
Truly one of the cleanest and nicest gym in Regina. I'm from Saskatoon but 6/6 times I've been here, the staff have been super friendly and always have had a genuine friendly smile to greet me with.
my shoe was just stolen. i need my shoe back! February 22nd 2018, 2:40am, i just finished working, went into the dressing to take a shower. there where two cleaners in the dressing room with me. those are the only two people at the dressing room at that time. left my shoe with my gym back to shower, came back and my shoes are gone. this is bad, very bad. I'm taking this matter seriously. imagine, one of the cleaner is telling he will go check the trash, like what the hell? reevaluate your staffs and i need my black nike hyperdunk shoes back!
Friendly staff. Good facility. Not 24 hrs right now. Need better preacher curl bench. Good location
Very spacious facility with lots of equipment.
Clean and nice place to work out , but doesn't has Boxing bag .
Friendly staff, always clean, great workout environment. Easily the best gym in Regina
Great gym with a good staff
Good gym
All machine is here. Social distancing is applied perfectly in here
Good
Nice gym
Pros: New, renovated gym with lots of equipment and squat racks. Cons: Difficulty signing up, annoying staff I am in Regina for shift work, and can only make it to the gym in the evenings or very early mornings. Before even signing up for any kind of membership you have to meet with a 'fitness consultant' who will try to upsell you into personal training. They work few hours, and I could not even meet with one, and could therefore not sign up for a membership. I literally could NOT EVEN GIVE these people my money for a month-to-month membership. The staff behind the desk are not capable of selling a membership. Don't need training, don't need any long term memberships, and had to pay a drop in fee of $15 each time I went. It was non-sense, and left me with a poor impression of the gym. Otherwise the facilities are some of the best I have seen in Regina.
Great place for workout.
Poor customer service. Manger Randy don't know how to talk to customers. I brought 6 people into GoodLife in less than 3 weeks and I asked for applications for that. And he was so rude told me that I can't do anything if you brought these many people. They need to fire this guy. Best way to get business is thru referral and this guy disrespect me in front of people. Would talk it to next level.
Awesome gym! Awesome staff!
Open 24hrs and a massive facility. Great place for a workout. Even during peak times, you never wait for equipment.
Get place to workout and blow some steam off
Good
One of the best gyms I've ever been in clean overall kind athletes people and clientele
I like the gym and would say it's tied in terms of price, equipment and structure with Gold's Gym. But it could offer more live classes, with more available rooms and it needs urgently people supervising the work outs of the customers that do not use personal training because several of them are exercising incorrectly and might get hurt or injured. They must show they care also for the customers that don't buy the extra program with personal training.
Great staff and equipment. The change rooms are kept clean. It can get pretty busy depending when you go. Other then that, great gym
I'm all about fitness. Fitness burger in my mouth.
Spacious, very clean, nice locker rooms, good variety of equipment. I love the circuits
Very expensive place to go to they have to lower there prices be more competitive $800.00 a year
Lots of equipment. All in good shape. Way too crowded.
It is clean and well kept, no problems with the gym
Nice big gym. Good to see another Goodlife that's actually well kept and in good condition.
Gotten much better only 4 cause parking
The stairclimbers have been broken for weeks now and honestly was the reason why I choose GoodLife in the first place. They just sit there with the broken signs on them. Seems to be more run down than usual and very disappointed.
This company got a $300million dollar bail out from the federal government while local gyms suffered. Put your money else where to local gyms. Like Evo or Ymca
Large, clean facility with a steam room, massage chairs and water massage beds. Class selection is not as good as other Goodlife fitness facilities I have been to.
Very big workout place. Crowd is very nice. Facility is Clean and staff is professional.
There are a lot of great things about this particular location of good life fitness ( Vic square mall ). It is one of the best place to workout in this city. All the credit goes to : 1) The staff : Always smiling Always welcoming which makes you feel to go back to the gym again and again. Ray is one of the biggest reason I paid for whole one year , the way he treats everyone is just commendable . He goes above and beyond each and every time when you enter or exit the gym which makes you feel special.Dylan , Dakota and always genuinely smiling girls who work at the front are a great asset to this location. Keep up the good work guys !! 2) Equipments : Brand new , clean and above industry standards. Big credit goes to the cleaning staff who plays an important role in maintaining hygiene. You will always observe them that they are not just working to show that they are working but it seems like it’s their passion to make the area spotless. There are a lot other factors like people , hours of operation etc etc which makes it number one. Kudos to the management who has successfully built a nice culture in the gym which attracts a lot of clients like me.
Good gym????
Goodlife fitness membership and customer service both sucks .. my 2 year membership was done in September, then they start taking monthly payments out my account without my knowledge oct 18 when they took fast monthly payment out i called da regina victoria ave location to resolve da issue they told me they will take care of it .. it will get my money back As per it stands today they are still taking payments out of account even though my membership was canceled in October.. when i called the location to get da answer for robbing me .. lady over da phone told me they have 600 or 6000 member so things slip back .. their is nothing they can do i just stay clam let them robb me .. thats what da members suppose to do pay for your cancelled membership over and over every month .
Good gym with friendly staff.
Very Clean Staff are very nice and friendly
New clean Gym with friendly staff, you are always greeted with a smile when you enter. change rooms are kept very clean and there are lots of lockers. showers are large with actual hot water and places to put your own soap. The gym also has a steam room and sauna. The weight room has TONES of different cardio machines. There is usually duplicates of every machine and are always kept in good working order. if pads or seats wear out it's not long before they are changed out. There are lots of free weights but the free weight area is a bit on the small side and can get crowded.
Big. Lots of equipment. Even when it's busy it doesn't feel too crowded. My only complaint is the TV's in the cardio area are too small and the channels they're stuck on usually suck.
Pro : Big gym, lots of equipment, and front desk staff have also been pleasant and easy to deal with. Cons: No WiFi, I don't understand why you would would spend so much money on some things and skimp on other fairly easy and annoying things. The t.v.'s are really to small for the cardiovascular area. I once worked out watching nothing but afternoon soaps because they couldn't seem to get any other channels. By 2 every afternoon all the showers will be out of shampoo. The steam room is way to small for a facility on this size and was poorly built. The grout around many tiles has come off and I'm pretty sure there must be mold building up behind the tile. Have had no success bring any issues up with management so I quit trying a year ago. Cons are mostly annoying rather then deal breakers as most clubs don't even have steam rooms but it just seems like this gym with a little work could be so much better.
This gym had great staff a few years back, and that was the main selling point.. but it seems like they have a lot of turnover and maybe don't take care of their employees. (Some employees are still very pleasant, but some seem to need be retrained) The gym is a standard big box gym and nothing special. Better than Evolution but there are a lot of great options in Regina
Bought a one month pass for this location while spending some time in Regina in Dec 2019/Jan 2020. Overall good, well maintained facility with lots of equipment, and getting a no cancellation required one month pass was simple although a bit steep (roughly $80). A few things they could work on though... 1) the women's sauna was out of order for the entire month I was there, hopefully it's fixed by now 2) not enough spray bottles and sadly some of their clientele don't wipe their machines down after each use 3) I went two nights in a row and found someone's pre-workout shake bottle in the same spot in the weight area... staff could pay a bit more attention when tidying up areas... Hopefully things have improved. Will be back again this Winter on my next trip to Regina.
The largest goodlife i have seen in Canada...so far. Very well equipped.
Very spacious gym with all sorts of equipment and it also offers many virtual and real classes that are free/included with your fees.
My favorite gym
Very clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place.
Loved the fitness classes, wonderful instructors especially Adele and Liz
This is my go-to GoodLife Fitness when I'm in Regina. The girls at the front counter are always friendly which is a welcome change from Ontario. I will definitely keep going to this location when I'm in town
used to be a 24 hour gym before covid. Now hours have been reduced and on top of it always closed on stats meanwhile evolution is usually open on most stats. still pay the same membership fee for a 24 HOUR gym, at least open up during stats!!
Its a very good gym
Excellent friendly staff. nice and clean. has everything you need. when the topic comes up I definitely recommend to friends. keep up the good work Goodlife Vic East.
Awesome
Amazing gym, great staff. good pricing. far out does its competition. (golds)
I have gone to this place since day 1 and it is appalling how poorly kept the equipment is. The place is never clean. Black mold in most of the showers. The only thing it has going for it is the space as it is very large so there is a good selection of equipment
Staff are great
Excellent, clean and friendly facility. Even during the peak times, I never have to wait for equipment.
Great equipment and not to over crowded during busy times. Men's chang room seems to be constantly dirty, despite having asked about cleaning and informing about the situation.

As a loyal member to this gym and a person who always follows Covid regulations strictly, I was shocked when they had the audacity to personally single me out and contact me. I feel this has nothing to do with Covid but the colour of my skin . Unless they expect you to drink water with your mask on .
biggest goodlife in regina!
Great facilities great staff ..best gym in Regina
I have a bad experience with the service. One of employee there is very not good at customer service. She never has a smile when my girlfriend tries to find the bank info for registration even we do not have the full info. I am so disappointed!!!
There are 2 Goodlife fitnesses in Regina, this one is the worst of the 2. This store definitely needs to be either cleaned or renovated a little. The change room is tight and not layed out very well. Your cramed in there pretty tight when your changing to workout. They do have a little more equipment then the other Goodlife I'm Regina though that's a plus.
Nice facility
Friendly staff, lots of equipment (more than the golden mile), very spacious, and a hydro massage bed!
Great gym if you never plan on canceling membership. Nice and clean with plenty of power racks, it gets a little busy in the afternoons but overall a nice gym. They offer you one free personal training session but that is a scam where they use tricks to show how much you need it(not the actually employees fault, this is more a corporate thing) then they are not really flexible to what you want and even went as far to almost arguing about what my fitness goals where until l just agreed. The price for personal training was also insain. It is a hard place to cancel your membership as well, they will conveniently "forget" then make you prove you went in to cancel it all while still trying to charging you. Update. While I did finally have my memebership canceled it should not have required the amount of effort it did on my part. Even if this was just a few honest mistakes, the use of scare tactics to try and have me pay a large $380 "settlement fee" was just unethical. If you do chose to sign up to this gym take your time and read the contract.
