So disappointing. Can u believe we were at a hockey tourney, teams drove from as far as Missoula and Calgary. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee there. At least advertise it so we don't get to the arena w the team and are caught off guard. Shame, shame

This is a large Complex, with hockey arena, swimming pool, & curling arena. The 55plus games took place @ the pool here, this mid Sept.

Great place for my swimming but it's needs major work done to the pool area. Things are falling apart. Need better showers and a hot tub that works all the time not just some of the time.

Every year we go every time I forget to go into the sauna and steam room ! There is even a diving board! Got all the right equipment for a good solid 2 to 3 hours of family fun exercise or relaxation price is just right !

Change rooms were clean, lockers worked. Pool was well staff with the steamroom and sauna both working. Kids enjoyed the slide and diving board. Staff were diligent.

The changing rooms are filthy. The washrooms are disgusting, smell like pee all the time, and the toilets and urinals a stuck to the tile using gobs of silicone; like a three year old child fixed them. The weekend hours say to people that the city doesn't care if you work odd shifts; noon to eight is terrible. Again this shows how this city has their head in a bubble. This pool doesn't even deserve the one star, but in order to post you have to give one. This one star is a negative. Oh one more thing, there is now a spinning class that blasts a booming bass in your ear drums that gives a sickening feeling, yet the workers say it's fine. BS

Pool is awesome. Always clean, kind staff and fun for all. The Hockey rink is pretty good. A little too cold at times but Kootenay Ice games are sure fun to watch here.

Few things going on here, an ice rink where they play hockey games and out on concerts. A swimming pool with wave machine, lanes, hottub, sauna, water slide, and kiddie area. A raquetball court, bicycle spin classes, fast food restaurant downstairs and a restaurant upstairs. A little candy shop and more. Outside there is a nice park for the kids that has padded ground and covered seating for the parents.There is even free to use outdoor gym equipment. It's right next to a curling rink and the outdoor skatepark. Parking is usually free except during the hockey games and concerts. The parking lot is also frequently used for Canada day and Sam Steele days activities.

Very friendly staff, clean washrooms. The sound was awesome, unfortunately the podium was set up poorly. People on the sides could only see half the podium. And the guardrail beside me was high. In eye sight. I had to duck to see the podium or at least the part that wasn’t hidden.

The venue is nice but the mood in there for the Kootenay ICE games seems down... what with the future uncertain I suppose it makes sense... the price of the in rink vendors is a bit high, but the main area vendors are a little cheaper. Does have Coyote Jack's which by all accounts is pretty good!

Well done facility for the size of town. I usually go to watch hockey or walk around arena for exercise in winter. Area also has wave pool regular pool with large slide and diving boards. Ball courts etc also available
