My son had a terrible experience here. He was 3 years old and part of their toddler group. I was there and watched the young, blonde, curly haired helper pick my child up, and he called for me, and take him into a back room and when I came down the stairs I found my 3 year old boy sobbing on a chair saying she had hit him. I told a super visor and all they said was, "I'm sorry you had that experience. They're not supposed to take children out of the gym" I've never gone back here and do not recommend this place.
