I love the Sunday morning class! Krista is a gifted instructor with awesome playlists. The yin poses push me to a meditative space. Megan offers a totally different session that feels soul filling. We are big fans of the instructors and classes at the Inner Roar. Definitely a happy place for me.

Every time I step into this studio I am welcomed with a beautiful smile. The atmosphere is magical. Each instructor is unique to there own style of teaching, offering a variety of classes to choose from. My daughters love yogi bears and little goddesses!! I always leave rejuvenated, in a calmer, more uplifted state than when I arrived.
