Great equipment, great staff. However the ventilation in the gym is extremely bad, there is zero air current and you can taste the person across the gym from you because of the mositure levels. They also play their music very loud, I wear Bose noise cancelling headphones and I can still barely hear my music. Most likely will be switching to a different gym, I wouldn't recommend having a membership here

As far as the gym itself its a very positive clean and amazing place to workout but due to unfortunate circumstances i was no longer able to continue using the gym and had to cancel my membership. Talk about having to jump threw hoops it was the longest most painful process to cancel and the money they suck out of you for it is unbelievable.

Best gym in town, they have a steam room in the change room, it's clean, the owner is great, and the members are friendly. It's exactly what you need. If I had a gripe, it would be that there's no chalk allowed in the gym, but that's the only thing I can think of. There's enough plates and racks, they have a nice open room for stretching and warm up, they have a ladies only Fitness area, all the cardio equipment is in great condition, and they even have a dedicated spin room for bike training.

I've been going here since the day it opened. Great staff, gym is clean and well looked after. If a piece of equipment requires attention Trevor and the gang are on it, it's not down for long. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Amazing view, always clean, ladies only section, a variety of equipment and enough of it that your rarely have to wait to use it. Options for a shake right after your workout, or bars to snack on later. Locker and towel service, plus a steam room in both the mens and womens locker room.

Came to town for work. Got a week pass for 40 bucks. Super cheap, new equipment and very clean. Dope gym highly recommended!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years and I absolutely love this place. It has a great lay out, lots of weights and machines. One of the best views I’ve seen while doing cardio. Trevor and his staff are all polite, friendly and happy to help in anyway they can. Highly recommend this gym!

Drop ins are $15, membership $40 for a subpar gym. The actual gym is so crowded with equipment that you can barely move, if you want to do any free weights good luck. It's so crowded that they use a chunk of hall on the way to the change rooms, a very high traffic area. The showers are low budget tile ones like what you'd find on a public beach and run cold for at least 5 minutes, if they even have enough volume for you to get wet.

Fitness Inc. is easily one of the nicest gyms I've ever been to, and the view from the second floor takes it to another level. The staff are all ultra friendly and the place is always spotless, i would highly recommend it.

Fitness Inc. Is a well rounded fitness center. They have plenty of equipment for any style of workout you are looking to do, as well as hot showers and steam rooms to relax in after a good workout. The owner Trevor is a great guy and genuinely cares about the people coming to his gym. He also makes killer protein shakes ????

Besides 1 or 2 people here, the staff isn’t very friendly. They have no water fountain, which I find ridiculous at a gym. Most people that have memberships at this gym don’t give off a good welcoming feeling at this gym, I feel as though the environment isn’t for people who want a welcoming place to go without judgement. They have a nice stream room and all their equipment is new and clean. Great view from the top floor as well.

Reading the reviews I can't agree more! This is a great facility for anyone and everyone. New to the gym? Recreational fitness? Competitive athlete? There is a large variety of equipment and functional training tools to help you reach any of your fitness goals. Not to mention all of the amenities and equipment are kept in great condition. Membership is very reasonably priced and management is very hands on in running the facility. To put it plainly this is the best gym in Cranbrook.
