I absolutely LOVE Brenda and Exhale Yoga! I first discovered the healing power of restorative yoga treatments after a horrible car accident - nothing helped me with the physical and emotional pain I experience from that accident like private classes with Brenda. It was absolutely life saving! My most recent private work with Brenda has been for postpartum and pelvic floor rehabilitation after giving birth to my daughter. It’s been so fantastic! She not only shares her wealth of knowledge with her clients, but also gives them irreplaceable support and kindness. I had the pleasure of doing Brenda's retreat in Fairmont Hot Springs. Everyone should make the time to do this for themselves. Brenda's weekend was full of energy and yet soothed the soul. Each class was full of knowledge and gave you a feeling of peace. Brenda teaches therapeutic yoga like no others. She makes you look into your soul and access who you are and how you feel. She helps to make you a better person. I came away from that weekend with a new found knowledge of myself and I made new friends with like minded women. I can't wait to go to another retreat.
