I didn't know where to start, which exercises to do to strengthen my back. Emilie was a great coach when she lived in Nelson, I felt like I was understood and she has so much energy! It is so nice to have help from a smiling and caring person :) I totally recommend her and wish her well in her new adventure in Smithers.
